old fashioned room but perfectly comfortable. Great location next to the river with the old town just across the bridge and the new town nearby. Breakfast not provided but there were a couple of good and cheap places nearby. Old fashioned keys for front and room door but worked fine. Lots of really good eating places in the old town which is 5 minutes away

Can hear the sounds of the plumbing very loud from next door room when flushed or taps on, but no other sounds.

Great location and very helpful staff. For the price the room was exactly what we expected and had everything we needed.

No air conditioning just a fan. The car parking is a handy location but as previous reviews say it’s tight! So just be prepared. The staff were very patient with us getting in and out of the building but several multi point turns were required.

second stay in this hotel during this holiday. Wonderful view of the river outside the window whereas there was no view last time. This room also felt more modern than the last one. Great location for the old and new cities and to walk down the river. Good breakfast shops nearby, five minutes to old town where there were many excellent eating places

Location was perfect, alongside the river, five minutes from the old town, metres from bus, tram and metro stop. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel, so it is recommended. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Walk in shower would have helped asvI have knee arthritis.

The hotel is very well located being close to river and old town. it was also very handy for dropping of our hire car at the station. The staff were friendly and were happy for us to leave our bags prior to check in. It was clean and pleasant.

The room was very small but ok for us as we were only staying one night.

Super location short walk to old town, market, shops, metro, tram, station. Overlooking river. Good restaurants nearby. Helpful friendly staff.

It was perfect for me but others may like ultra modern and new. Shower was good, but slightly dated. Location excellent for me.

The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Good hot water and water pressure. Nice views also.

It was a little noisy. You can hear people in other rooms and there were people out in the street making noise. Nevertheless, I slept well.

Great location and great value

Somewhat noisy. The hallways are tile flooring and lots of echo when people come and go.

I liked the staff and the daily attention to the bed area was appreciated. The corridors around the rooms and the reception area were well presented.

The decor was very loud in colour. The cleanliness around the base of the shower xould have been better.

The manager was very kind. The location is great.

For a city like Bilbao, it is very practical to be able to park your car in the hotel car park. However, you have to do a lot of manoeuvring to park your car and the traffic is not easy.
