Convenient location and comfortable hotel. Spacious room. Breakfast was excellent. Helpful staff made an effort offered a discount on the pet policy - see below.

The pet policy - we traveled with 2 dogs and chose the hotel because it was pet friendly, but on arrival we were charged a €20 euro per pet per night, which wasn't clear at the time of booking. It isn't obvious to me that a hotel should charge for a pet to stay, just as they don't for young children (many hotels in France don't charge at all), and it didn't seem to make sense that it should be a charge per pet and per night, which can quickly become very expensive. The main issue was that the policy wasn't presented clearly at the time of booking (booking.com). The hotel then made a gesture and charged only one pet fee. Also there's no network in the breakfast room, which is somewhat a blessing!

Location is perfect. Room was large and well furnished. Whole hotel has a fresh and modern look Coffe machine with capsules in the room was well appreciated

Buffet breakfast ok-ish, but a bit boring and in windowless space. Nothing (e.g. an omelette) can be ordered. Not worth the price. Once we had a very quick breakfast because of an early day trip. We decided to wrap each a little piece of bread with ham for the way, but we got scolded by the waiter...that was not allowed! Some of our paper shopping bags were thrown away by cleaning personnel without permission, while they still contained shopping receipts, which caused us troubles when we had to return some stuff to the shop. No parking at the hotel, although there are some parking garages at walking distance

Great location - it’s walkable to all of the main attractions of Bilbao and in a really convenient spot to get to the old town, but also be able to explore the new town too. The room was a good size, with a minibar at reasonable prices. Staff were lovely and always available.

The only downside is that there isn’t a bar, and although you can order drinks from reception the terrace was closed and this was one of the main attractions for the hotel for us. Breakfast is very expensive and so is parking, but you expect that in a big city.

ALL of the staff we spoke to , was very helpful and super nice .👍 The Room was very clean ,big and comfortable .💯 The cleanness continued through out the Hotel. Everything is in walking distance , safe the money and don't take the Hop on/ Hop off Bus .( my Husband and I , are an older Couple and we where able to do it ). Breakfast Buffet is a must 😋. There is a absolutely nothing to dislike 👏

We booked a superior double room. It was super spacious and comfortable - huge bed, a sofa and desk and lots of different lighting options which made it feel very cosy. Very good linens, towels, toiletries etc. The location was excellent - close to the metro, not far from the river and just around the corner from the Calle Desea (hope I've spelt that right!) which had plenty of cafés and bars. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room was a little dark with just a narrow window overlooking a car park, but this is typical enough of city-centre hotels.

Great location - close enough to walk to everything but because it was off the main tourist part it was still quiet. Rooms were wonderfully appointed and very comfortable; and all the interactions with staff across Reception & Breakfast were incredibly helpful and friendly!

The pressure from the shower was very soft; but we had a friend travelling with us and their room was fine, so assume it was just something with our specific room.

The room is what i needed for the night. The location is very near to the train station and Metro. There is a big shopping centre next to the accommodation. The room is small but compact and clean. However, the air condition weren't working, but I should have called the receptionist to check but I was too tired after the festival. All in all, a good night sleep. It is pricey but maybe I went during the festival time and summer holiday time.

Great location right by the main railway station, superb breakfast, and exceptional staff. We were new to the city and arrived at 11.00 am on a bank holiday so most places were shut. We were offered a room straight away rather than have to wait till 15.00. We asked for a quality Basque cafe. We were directed to a bar 5 mins walk away that was top notch. Thank you.

Small lift that meant my wife using crutches had to wait because of a full lift.

The hotel location is perfect, you can reach the most important touristic sightseeings wolking. The staff was helpful and kind, nothing to complain about this aspect. Actualy even I think hard, I cannot find anything to complain about the entire hotel. The best think and we have to praise it, was the breakfast. The choise was not realy huge, because the hotel is also not reslly huge, but was a quality choice.

Everything was optimal for us.

We liked everything, it was the best hotel we had during our stay in Spain. Great room, very spacious, great AC. Very modern building and everything is still new. Fully recommend. If we ever come back to Bilbao we will choose the same place.

Breakfast was very good but there were not enough vegetables to choose from. This could be improved. My vegetarian girlfriend didn't have much choice during breakfast.
