A well-thought-out hostel, everything seems to work better than in most hostels I've stayed in. The dorm rooms don't feel too cramped by thoughtful choices like including two separate toilets and two separate showers. The presence of both a social common space with music and activities on the bottom floor and a more work-conducive common space on the top floor is a great feature. Cherry on the top: great price, and perfect location. Congratulations to the planners, managers, and staff!

The elevators are a bit slow. The dorm room got too hot one night, but that was mitigated by opening the window wide open. Frankly, this is nitpicking given the overall great experience.

the beds and mattresses are very comfortable, The reception and hosting area, paid bar and snack area, are very nice. The building seems it's been renovated recently, it is still nice and comfortable, Security is good, you need your card for the elevators or your door key to work. Employees are very helpful and informative. When tours were not available, due to the shoulder season, they recommended a way to visit the sights by myself by bus.

The lobby area is very nice, but it is not inviting. They have some events going on every day, but the lay out and ambience was not inviting. I went to the events the three nights I was there, and there were not than many people,\. The kitchen is closed up till 11.00 when they finished their paid breakfast service. They should have an area where customers can heat, cook and have dinner when they have their paid breakfast at the upper area on floor 6.

Central location (easy to walk everywhere and close to the metro to get to the coast), super clean and modern facilities, staff were friendly, bed was comfortable.

As a solo traveller, I found it difficult to meet people here. The main common area is a bar which is shared with the public. That meant that it was difficult to know who was staying at the hostel or if the events the hostel had organised were even happening. Would be good to have the events organised in the kitchen upstairs, to encourage people from the hostel to socialise together.

Location was good, really close to the old town. Nice staff, luggage storage service, nice café/bar area, 24h pizza available (in case you come back late or wake up early and there is no food anywhere else. Relatively spacious bed, with overhead shelf for personal items, one socket and 1 USB charger opening, very spacious shower with 2 hooks for personal stuff & towel. Shampoo and shower gel provided, towel cam be rented for 1€ for the whole stay.

Would prefer if the bathroom door closed properly, as everything from inside and outside can be heard, which makes it bit uncomfortable. Elevator should have option of whether it goes up or down, bc I took it to go up and we went all the way down and then up again.

The hostel, as they also advertise themselves as, felt more like a hotel but with the hostel vibe. The dorms have beds with curtains so it gives a feeling of privacy, each room also ahe shower and toilet in them - and it was nice and clean everywhere. Beds were comfy and there was a big drawer to put your stuff in which also could be locked with a padlock (bring your own or I believe you could rent one from the hostel). The location is in the middle of the city so you can walk everywhere, or take public transport which is right outside the entrance. The staff was super friendly and helpful :D The hostel had various activities happenig each night, from Karaoke to movie night. They also have a WhatsApp group you can join where they come with daily recommendations on what to do in the city, or if you are a solo traveller you can write thee to get in touch with other solo travellers (or anyone else that joined the group). There was a good mix of poeple, from solo travellers, to families and groups of friends - from all ages. I stayed there for a week and also worked a bit, and there is a nice kitchen/co-working area on the top floor very suitable for remote work. In the Kitchen there was a small fridge to store some food, it's a small kitchen but have the neccesary equipment to make some food yourself such as a small stove, microwave, and cooking utensils. I had the breakfast one of the days and it was very good. There was bread, ham, boiled eggs, cheese, jams, nutella, cereals various coffee, some fruit, pastry etc - I was surprised how nice it was considering it is also a hostel :) They had time slots for the breakfast so the room was not overcrowded with people trying to find a seat which I appreciated.

I did really enjoy my stay there, but a couple of things which are not really complaints, just notes: - Due to the breakfast being served in the kitchen, the kitchen/co-working space is not available until 11am - and you can also not make your own breakfast until after they have cleaned up (naturally as the space is used for breakfast) - The toilets in the room had no "sound proofing" at all, so it was almost like there is no door - very little privacy

Good location. Design of the room is good - I liked that the basin, shower and toilet were in separate rooms - means less time waiting to shower/brush teeth/use the loo between 6. Aircon in rooms is good! Sockets have USB ports, useful to have a shelf next to your bed. Lockers are big. Useful to check-in online and appreciated the survey before arrival as there was lots of local information given about restaurants, sights, bars, etc. Staff are quiet friendly.

As others have mentioned, because this is a hostel with lots of private rooms/families staying, seems to lack the social vibe that other hostels have. Perhaps some evening other evening activities (not just beer pong or football) would be nice! I was in a dorm for 3 nights and most people seemed to only stay one night, so hard to make friends etc, it would have been nicer to have more people in the room who were staying longer. Mattress was quite uncomfortable/worn and dipped in the middle. Lifts are very slow!

Great location, loved the privacy curtain on the beds - beds were big and comfy too. Loads of space to socialise as well as work in the cowork area.

This is more to do with people/a person I was sharing with as the rooms were cleaned every day. But the toilet in particular in our room was disgusting on more than one occasion where a guy had peed everywhere- all over the floor, on the seat, never flushed etc. I ended up having to go to either level -1 or 6 to use the general toilet which was much cleaner. The shower was also pretty disgusting after he had been in it, so I didn't even bother showering one day until after the cleaners had been as it was so gross. I wish there were some communal showers/toilets that were exclusively for men or women at least somewhere in the building so we can use them when the shared single toilet and shower in the rooms is left really unclean by other guests.

The location is absolute great/ amazing, Couldn’t be better literally everything on walking distance, restaurants, shops, station, Guggenheim. Clean!

You need to pay extra for towels. Though 1 euro only but the price per head per 2 persons bedroom is that of a 4 star hotel price. But then accommodations in Bilboa are expensive. Rooms are very small. Don’t expect extra luxery everything very basic. Airconditioning hardly works. Water shower not always constant in temperature and pressure. Could be trouble for people with a car to get (not free) parking space. Like us better rent a car after 2 days in the city center.

Located right in the middle of everything I needed with easy access to the metro directly outside the building and a short walk to all attractions. The room was amazing, so clean and comfortable and the cleaning staff need to be commended on their work, they really are that good. But everything about the hostel was great and I enjoyed having their happy hour specials each night at the lovely bar next to reception. Didn't eat there apart from tapas but imagine the food would be very good. . Highly recommend this hostel to anyone, it was like sharing a hotel room.

Nothing, all perfect.

Super central location. Its a short walk to the old town and various other places. It’s an even shorter walk to the train station. Bus station is a little further away though. The staff are really helpful and the room and bed was well appointed. They had under bed locker, which was only good if you had a lock. The kitchen was small but functional, although only open after breakfast - but staff will let you in early if need be. There’s washing onsite which is handy. The lift is super slow and sometimes the doors don’t open.

There was nothing I really didn’t like. The downsides listed above I had no dramas with. I had a small lock for the locker, and I used the stairs after being stuck in the lift oddly. Staff let me into the kitchen early so I could make lunch before my tour.
