The hotel is in the very center, a few minutes from the port. You can walk everywhere.

Staff very friendly. I didn't realize there would be no air conditioning as it's considered too cold! As a result I could hardly sleep the first night due to the heat. I mentioned this to the staff who moved me directly to a lower floor with bigger windows which was much cooler. In short fantastic customer service. Location is perfect, the beds were comfortable and the room very clean. The attached bar/restaurant offered similar good service and value for money.

Air conditioning mentioned in the description should include the rules for it's operation. Which were over 25 degrees means it's turned on. As a northern European that temperature is extremely uncomfortable to sleep in!

Initial check-in and interaction with the desk staff went well if one presistted until mutal understanding was achieved.

Staff had only limited level of English understanding, this not unexpected in cleaning staff, but to a degree unexpected in members of the Desk staff and waiter/waitress of resturant. Resturant had no English or multi-lanague menu so made selecting/ordering items a slow process and you effectively know few opitions you had translated or had elsewhere.

Close to major sites, restaurants and bars. Spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff.

No on site parking. A little challenging to get to by car.

We liked the location ... a charming plaza and an easy walk to the sites we wanted to visit as well as restaurants.

The A/C didn't work as well as it should have. Otherwise, the accommodations were fine. We hired a car in the Jerez airport because we planned a road trip after our stay in Cadiz. In the past driving in the city was not a problem, but now you can't drive on many streets near the hotel. We had a very difficult time navigating and completely missed the garage the hotel suggested. GPS doesn't work well in a town with narrow streets and 3-4 story buildings!

Room was for 3 adults which was definitely big enough and very comfortable. The location was right in the heart of the older part of town, it was in a lovely plaza.

Getting to the hotel by car was not straightforward, Cadiz is very old and has narrow streets with restricted vehicle access, we had to give our car registration number at reception to be passed to the authorities for us not to be charged for driving through a restricted zone, but the hotel give you a disclaimer saying that they are not responsible if you do get charged, so we are now waiting to see if any fines arrive. There is a large car park close to the port, it was very reasonably price per hour, you can park here and walk to the hotel in 15mins, we wished we had known this before we got to the hotel, our car was very secure here over night. Breakfast in the hotel was only ok, not too much selection.

Great location, lovely plaza with numerous cafes and bars. The bedroom was large and so was the bathroom. Some of the staff were friendly, particularly the cleaning lady and the young dark haired lady in the cafe/breakfast area. Large lounge area. It would have been nice to have known more about the history of the hotel (nothing on the hotel’s website). There were some interesting photos in the lounge.

Some construction noise in the hotel at 8am should have been deferred until later in the day (broken lift). Breakfast could be improved, the area is cramped and disproportionate to the size of the hotel and the selection is limited.

Modern hotel located in the centre of Cadiz. I got a twin room on the forth floor, it was large room with nice view, large bathroom, everything looked clean and recently renovated. There was a desk, mini-fridge, tea kettle, comfortable chair. The breakfast was good.

The room description mentions soundproof, but the soundproofing did not exist there: I could hear people in the neighbour room talking and snoring in the night. The WiFi Internet quality was not the best.

The cleaning of the room was exceptional every day. The bathroom is provide even with a bath tube mat for hygiene. The views from the room really nice Good location. Bus n°1 to Playa Victoria just 5-10 minutes away. Good continental breakfast. Natural Orange juice . Cafe served from machine. It is free to take toast, juice , serrano jam and all the food as much as you like. We rented a couple of bikes and they kept them safe in recepcion during the night.

The place is quite a charm: spacious, clean and well- located in the center of Cadiz. The area/plaza is lovely— with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It gives you that uplifting vibe. 😍 Loved my stay here with a great sunrise view from our mini- terrace which was beside the church’s bell tower. Made our stay even more romantic 🥰

There was a male staff in the check- in counter who’s not very friendly at all. The rest were amazing!
