We are a family with a 6-year kid who stayed here with another family for only one night. We had a short city break in Cadiz. The location is excellent, and the apartment was very clean. We got all of the details in time and without any issues. We travelled by car, and we parked at public underground parking.

We had to pay a deposit of 150EUR, which was communicated upfront. We agreed with this in the beginning. The only option to pay the deposit is by giving the card number and expiry date through WhatsApp. I was not so comfortable with this approach as it was not safe at all. There is no possibility of paying cash, so in the end, I agreed with this. However, when the deposit was returned to my account, I got approximately 10 EUR less. I believe these were the bank transfer fees, but I didn't expect this. I would suggest improving this deposit system as is not secure nor fair for both parties.

The apartment is really in the centre of the city. The views are just wonderful. The apartment is very clean, beautiful. The staff is very friendly. Even though we didn't meet face to face, but they react on my messages really fast. The system with a code is also very convenient. I have asked for early arrival, and the staff helped a lot. So i do recommend this apartment!

Very clean and modern apartment located in the city center. Quite well equipped kitchen.

The nearest parking is 500 meters away and costs 20€/day. There is no car access to the apartment so you need to carry your luggage. The apartment has only windows facing the patio so no natural light is inside. On the patio there is some business and people tend to work until late night and it’s quite noisy.

I was scared to receive extra emails directly and to be asked for a deposit, it is a bit too informal this process and I was afraid I was getting scammed. It would be more secure if the communication, including the deposit link would all work directly on the same booking platform.

They requested a deposit of 150 eur. They refounded it in 2days after the checkout. But having to email them the card number and expiration date, doesn't seem safe. I don't think they request the deposit to all customers so make sure to read all the policies before booking.

Great location, very clean, although it is in the city center it is very quiet, close to a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarket. Next time in Cadiz, if available, it's the first accomodation i will look for.

We highly recommend the apartment. We have been traveling in 5 and just loved it. Great location, clean, comfortable beds, very very well furnitured. Another big plus is that we have been traveling by a car that was rented and only in 4 minutes walking there was a parking. We will be back for sure.

The location of the accommodation was amazing. Centrally located with the market right in front of you!

The check-in was relatively late and the Internet was not so stable!

Very convenient location. Quiet apartment and nice facilities. Lighting was a little cold but otherwise fine.

The shower didn't retain all the water and it had trouble draining, so we had to be careful with how much water we ran while showering. It was also really expensive for what it was (though it was coincidentally the Carnaval, as in, we didn't know).

We had a lovely experience with this facility! It was extremely clean, great location, and a great value. There was also air conditioning and it worked perfectly. Also would like to note - we did have to put down a security deposit, so be aware that you will get that request. Would definitely recommend staying here!
