Location is perfect. Quiet street so you can open the window. Very clean premises, modern. Enough space to have some tan near the pool if you come the right time as sometimes there are too many people at once.

Weird things: nobody said that 1 week prior they will send a link to pay for the stay as booking say that all payments will be handled at the property. When i got the link, i thought it is a scam. Another thing - they write that you need cleaning supplies (laundry, dishwasher) you have to ask at the reception. I did and they said they do not give anything. For such price for the stay I would expect a bit more stuff given. Gym - i wouldn’t call it a gym, maybe 4 people can fit there. Not enough supplies at the kitchen in order to cook food. Also, probably you should be more clear with guests about quiet time from 10pm.

It was in a good location. The property was clean and other guests were quiet and considerate. Nice pool, helpful staff and good size studio with everything you would need for a short stay. There was a small issue with our bathroom door not closing which we mentioned on our way out. When we returned the door closed and it locked. Loved the communal space - very tasteful. Oh yes loved the shower.

Not much - like everything. Maybe a vending machine in the gym area might be useful as that way it wouldn’t disturb guests. Perhaps position heated towel rail at a height that could be reached!

It was very easy to find the hotel from the bus station. The location was perfect and the room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Upon our arrival, we asked if we could change rooms, since our apt was right in front of the check in lobby and we were concerned that we could hear people’s conversations etc. They tried to accommodate our request but there were no other rooms available. Despite our concerns, it was OK and the noise factor was not an issue for us. The only other caveat was the espresso/coffee maker, which we had a little issue with bc it was not functioning properly. However, again, they were very accommodating and gave us extra coffee pods for the trouble. They were AMAZING!

We really enjoyed our stay at these apartments. We booked a two bed apartment and when we arrived we had two double rooms, which is not great when you have a teenage male and female!! We asked immediately if there was a two bedroom with twin beds available and with no fuss and no problems we found ourselves in a more suitable apartment for our family needs. The apartment were clean and the decor was very nice. Lots of space and very well equipped for a family stay. The staff were very helpful and the location was fantastic. Carrefour two mins walk, Plaza De San Antonio and it’s bustle 3-4 mins walk, Alamedia del Apodaca on our doorstep which is a beautiful garden which has a place for food and drinks. The property has a pool which for a roof top city pool is fantastic!! Again very clean and spacious and nicely decorated. It has sun lounges to sun bath and some nice seating in the shade.

The apartments lacked mirrors for a two bed. One in the bathroom and one in the livingroom which is not adequate when you have more than one female !

Very clean apartment with everything you need. Very large and comfortable bed. Quiet. Easy check-in / check-out. (There was a very polite receptionist when we came and when we left, it was still early, but you could just leave the keys on the front desk). Nice little balcony. Bathroom was clean, the shower was generous in size with great water pressure. All the amenities described are correct. Public garage in a walking distance. All the interesting restaurants / wine bars / botanic garden are in walking distance. The place is perfectly positioned. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for exploring the old town. Apartments are very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Rooftop pool.

Some distance to nearest decent beach ⛱️ but a pleasant enough walk to it. If you're after a beach holiday, look at central Cadiz. We hired a car and drove down to Conil for the beach. The fridge did not shut smoothly, and we left it open as a result a couple of times.

The location is great, it looks brand new and is very clean. The pool area is lovely but could probably do with slightly more shade as it is stark. The washing machines and dryers were really useful.

The rooms are missing some general things. A kettle should be standard and you shouldn’t have to ask for one. We were made to feel like we were being very difficult in insisting that we wanted one and was told that we had to wait for them to find one of the 2 kettles they had available to lend. The sofa bed in the lounge is uncomfortable to sit on and there was one cushion. There are hundreds of cushions outside on the sofas in the foyer for show, but none in the rooms.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was exceptionally spacious and beautifully decorated, which was perfect for our family as we were traveling with one of our kids. The location couldn't have been better; it was conveniently situated in a prime area of the historic part of the city. One of the standout features of our stay was the host's ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. This made our experience much more enjoyable and hassle-free, especially when they recommended various ancient areas of the city to explore and the best beaches to visit. Their local insights truly enriched our vacation. All in all, this place exceeded our expectations and we had a fantastic time. If you're planning to visit the area, I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed!

The location was very nice, with easy access to the sea side, and close to the nicer part of the downtown. The appartment was quiet, clean and modern, and the kitchen well equipped. The roof terasse offered a stunning view and great atmosphere. The common facilities of the complex were also well maintained and cozy.

The appartment complex is in one of the smaller streets, so one looks at another house from the window. This makes for a bit of a darker light inside the appartment.
