So much around this hotel places to eat drink the chinese across the road is absolutely lovely def recommend it, the bar food in the hotel is lovely if you dont fancy going out for dinner the square for entertainment for kids and adults is Brilliant its literally 2 minutes up the road recommend the Caledonian bar great craic in it bingo then karaoke tribute acts so good, i read the mixed reviews on this before we left this hotel is lovely there is nothing wrong with it at all staff are lovely we had a leak in our bathroom late the other night sorted straight away and fixed asap, the place is clean you have a cleaner in every morning if you want they were lovely it does say that towels dont be changed for 3 days but the cleaner gave us fresh towels off her trolley ,if you need them the only advice id give bring ear plugs if you want a sleep it can get very noisy around the back as we had construction some mornings we didn't bother with a sea view room to me its a waste of money u still here the comings and goings in the pool area and stuff dont knock this hotel unless you try it we really did enjoy our stay. I think if you want 4 star go somewhere else it aint 4 star but its clean tidy bed to sleep on that is comfortable good food and entertainment on your doorstep and a lovely beach just down the ramp by the pool you can also take a short walk down to santa ponsa beach along the coast walk.

The noise from the crane and works men but no fault to the hotel, sockets a bit more in the kitchen area for your kettle and toaster would be nice but we made do.

Good value for money. Pool and snack bar were good and staff very helpful. Rooms not bad to and cleaned regularly

The power going off when you leave the room meaning you cannot charge iPads, phones and other devices when you are out.

The hotel was spotless and staff were extremely friendly. The pool was cleaned on a daily basis and was a pleasure to use.

The cooking facilities in the apartment were very poor. 2 hot plates which took ages to heat and there was no oven or microwave which is unheard of in this day and age. The furniture which they say is in keeping with the style of the apartment is scratched and chipped. The table on the balcony was too small and covered with cigarette burns.

We appreciated the friendly atmosphere from the very beginning: everyone was welcoming and ready to help. The reception is open 24 hours (very useful considering flight arrivals/departures), the meals are self service (a lot of variety and tasty) and there are several waiters ready to help. The bus stop is close (many rides available) as well as the city center (approximately 10 minutes walk).

The facility is well-maintained even if some furniture is a bit old fashioned. That's not a problem considering the good value for money. Before the arrival we had some difficulty booking a taxi service that could get us to Santa Ponsa but then we discovered that nearby there is taxi service.

I liked everything, all locations are nearby. The pool is smaller than it seems, but there is a wonderful beach nearby, on which you feel comfortable even in very hot weather. Nice cleaning girls, well done, at the reception they will also help to solve all questions and problems. We rented a car from the hotel, I advise you to visit the dragon caves, but if you are with children, the lights are turned off there for the instrumental concert, so that the children are not afraid, you need to prepare

Loved the Pool area. They had an indoor pool too which was excellent. The views were amazing. We originally stayed in a standard room but we had a small leak on day 3 due to the storm and we were immediately upgraded to the penthouse with an enormous patio. The views were absolutely gorgeous. The original room was great too. Very spacious. The staff were all extremely friendly. The children's entertainer Diana was amazing with the kids through the day and then into the evening too. A great holiday!

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the food. I'm guessing as it was out of season maybe it wasn't as good as what it normally would be. We decided to pay for entry to the dinner hall one evening, but it wasn't that nice. The breakfast was excellent the next day though. I wouldn't let the dinner put you off. This hotel is a lovely find and excellent for families. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Fantastic location.

The location was brilliant, we loved our sea view. We even saw dolphins one day whilst we were sunbathing, it was beautiful.

We had grumpy neighbours who reported us one night for being too noisy. We were not noisy, we were laughing whilst playing cards on the balcony, the security man came and told us to be quiet, the balcony light was still on and they had their bedroom window open. A couple of nights later the men at the other side of our neighbours were drunk, shouting at 2am in the morning but they weren't reported and neither should they have been we are all on holiday.

Everything was stunning, Staff were so so lovely, apartment was spotless! Pool was freezing but we stayed in early April so im sure its not like that all year round, fresh towels, toilet roll and tea towels every second day without even asking! Pool bar, really comfy beds! Lovely shower! Kettle toaster everything you could possibly need! We were a bit cold one night and asked reception for 3 more blankets and they brought us up 3 more duvets! Absolutely stunning hotel and 1 million percent will be staying here again! Shops 1 second outside the door, pubs 1 minute around the corner and stunning restaurant El Jardine 2 minutes away! 10/10’ smaller beach for swimming straight behind the hotel

We are 100% satisfied with our vacation in this hotel. It has its own stone beach, first line, gorgeous sea view, 1 pool with different depths suitable for the whole family, and 1 indoor pool, which always helped when the weather was bad. The hotel is close to the bus stop and stores. But that's not the main thing. The staff are very polite and friendly, towels are changed every 2 days, bedding is made up. There is a kitchen in the room, you can cook yourself or eat in the hotel cafe downstairs. We would love to come again🌞

We went as a family of 9 and we could not fault this hotel beautiful location. Staff were friendly and very helpful we had a 2 bedroom apartment with our very own extremely large balcony it was lovely to wake up to beautiful views every morning across the sea. We even ate breakfast and dinner and it didn't disappoint small kids eat free so that was a plus would definitely recommend and will be back next year. It has a small pool which was good because it was hot weather but the outdoor pool was cold so that was great and they had a disco for an hour on a night and other entertainment
