Comfortable room clean and fresh towels regularly plenty hot water and a roomy sitting and dining area lift to each floor

The description of hotel did not mention it was so high up and so many steps to the town centre and beach area .that said taxi was cheap so walk down taxi back mostly. The only thing about the hotel was the pool opened at 10am and closed at 6pm with the weather so hot until 9pm it would be better if had at least another hours opening but nice pool and clean surrounding area

It’s was very peaceful and comfortable and all the staff where so lovely :)

It was a bit away from the strip and to get back up you have to come up a huge stair case and it wrecked you clean out that was the only down fall

Amazing views, nice pool, nice apartments.

Not much really. Maybe the noisy boiler but we turned it off at night. Beds were quite hard!

The view from the balcony was amazing. There was a kitchen with a stove, small countertop oven and kettle (great for having breakfast). There's nothing in the kitchen itself (e.g tea, coffee, oil) so pick some up en route with your groceries. It has all necessary crockery and cutlery. It felt like having our own little home. The sofa bed was super comfy when we put the mattress from the pull out section on the sofa. We love Santa Ponsa too so we had a brilliant time.

This is not a criticism but purely information I'd like to have known beforehand :) The stairs. To get from the main part of town to the apartments there's a monster set of stairs. If you have luggage or a pram, flag a taxi. If you're fine walking, just remember the amazing view from your balcony to power through the burn!

The location is on the hill with beautiful views over the bay of Santa Ponsa. The reception staff are very helpful, especially Monica who we had several dealings with. The room was bright, airy and large. perfect for a longer stay. The pool and bar area were very well presented and clean and tidy.

It is really difficult to park near the apartments. But there is parking within the complex at 10 euro a day with a 10 euro refundable deposit.

Main room larger than expected with storage for second bedroom at entrance which was good. Parking and lift. Cot and available high chair - reception very helpful

Parking cost at 10 euro a night but that's partly down to only like 12 places - no luggage trolley to move from parking to apartment - large kitchen which is good but could do with say oven and dishwasher as there was space for that. Paying tourist tax for all guests from day one even though they didn't arrive until days later.

Couldn't fault it one bit, Everything was so clean, Staff Friendly, and the Pool area was great no rush to find a sunlounger in the morning. The Courtesy room is great we got in before check-in we were able to leave our bags there safely and head off until it was time to check-in.

All the steps, I know there were lifts to the rooms which was great but because we were a bit from the main strip and to get to it there were a load of steps a 3 min walk from the apartment. Going down was fine and coming back we got a taxi at night for €3

Good value for money. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, all as shown on the photos. It was quiet and safe. Enjoyed a sunset on the balcony. Didn't get to check the pool.

One of the bedrooms in our apartment was so small that we couldn't fit the suitcase on the floor. Kitchen appliances could be renewed (e.g. ancient grill (?) microwave, barely working cooker). Not possible to open the gates from the car, one person needs to step out and open it.

Property was very much as advertised in the pictures. Apartment was spacious with a good sized balcony with a both a view of the pool and sea. The room was clean with towels changed each day and bins emptied. All of the reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

From the main strip, the hotel is up about 175 steps, which is a bit of an effort! There are longer ways to walk up to the hotel via the road though and a taxi is pretty cheap. The price of the hotel does reflect this though so definitely a balance of convenience vs price.
