Amazing location its literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were excellent, really spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Only small downside was the cleaners didnt pay much attention to the do not disturb signs so most morning we were woken about 8am by cleaners coming into the room.

The room was clean and big enough, the bed large and comfy, great breakfast buffet, nice pools with varied sun exposure, good full relaxing massage, being able the hotel facility post checkout, the evening shows at the bar at 9pm every day, the location, free public parking not too far

No option for outdoor breakfast , the spa area was very smelly and so was the steam room every day, the sangria made with fanta an sprite, the hotel car park charged at £15 a day, but nothing that would prevent me from recommending this hotel

doesn’t matter if you have do not disturb on your door , the cleaner still walks in , not sure why , not sure why bother with do not disturb sign , very embarrassing, very annoying , great hotel but won’t be going back , we do need I privacy which clearly isn’t taken very seriously

This hotel was actually very nice! The location is quite good, walking distance from shops, bars, the beach. There are a lot of pools in the hotel (also rooftops ones) so we were always able to find free sun beds. People were very respectful, it wasn't noisy, the music at the pools wasn't too loud. The rooms were clean, the beds quite comfy. Breakfast and dinner quite average but was absolutely satisfactory. They opened the rooftop bar at some point and the view from there to watch the sunset was great. Daily SPA access is also a great addition. It feels like a good hotel to travel to solo or as a couple. Best hotel in the area in my opinion. Good value for money, would definitely come back!

The cocktails by the pool/at the rooftop bar weren't tasty. I thought the staff at the pool could be slightly friendlier, they seem a bit lost and confused at times. They start cleaning the pool area around 7 pm when dinner starts and might kick you out.

Calm atmosphere, felt quiet even though hotel was at full capacity. Very clean, pool areas cleaned and cleared of cups etc constantly. Lovely pools and bars. Drinks and snacks very reasonable prices and food at snack bar was very good. Great gym and spa. Lounge bar pleasant. Arrived well before check in time, room available 10am at no extra cost. Rooms clean. Staff very friendly and pleasant except one girl at breakfast who was very unhappy when I asked for an outside table to be cleaned from previous diners! She offered a ready made table instead, but I didn’t fancy having breakfast next to the shower. Her colleague cleared it for us. Nice restaurants and bars locally. Town easily accessible. Taxi from airport €45, cheaper than pre-booked transfer. Hotel staff booked us a taxi back. Luggage store easily available and showers with towels provided after check out.

Basement dining room felt dark but nicely decorated. Food was satisfactory/mediocre on HB. Cold food presented well and was tasty. Hot food badly presented (tasted fine) in both restaurants at breakfast (looked terribly unappealing) and dinner (looked bad by 8:30pm), which is a shame because it just wasn’t the good standard of the rest of the hotel. Room basic but ok. Didn’t like the open bathroom/toilet with frosted glass and gap at top!

Staff were helpful with any enquiries Great location for activities Room was nice and clean Bar staff were friendly Decent choice on the buffet breakfast, didn’t get bored after 6 nights which is usually the case

Getting a sun bed with a umbrella was tricky as always seemed to be taken open by 11 They start cleaning up by the main pool around 5 which really kills the relaxation, loud screeching of dragging sunbed moving around the place

I didn't eat breakfast during my stay. The location was ok for people without mobility / breathing issues as hotel at top of steep hill and if not already stated in hotel description should be as requires more use of taxis which visitors may need to factor into their costs

As stated above, I didn't like the steep hill & wasn't sure about being in the complex across road which split up our party, this was a minor inconvenience & this complex was equally as well maintained as main building & offered a quieter pool area if preferred

Great location, easy access to Palma and the airport. The sea is within reach, shops, bars and cafes are nearby. Great view from our balcony. The pool with the bar made us happy. A nice girl at the reception suggested the nearest place to find free parking.

Everything was nice, but some things should be noted. The loud hum of the air conditioner did not help to fall asleep. Although smoking is prohibited in the hotel, an ashtray awaits you on the balcony. We had to spend the last few days of our stay in smoke because it looked like an English gay couple had come to smoke 18 hours a day. Sparking wine is offered for breakfast only on Sundays, forgetting that every day is Sunday for vacationers :)

Facilities were perfect. We were in the Sky building. We had access to all pools across the whole complex. We chose to stay at our pool which was perfect. It was not too busy and we could always get a sun bed. The bar staff were amazing, never had to wait long to be served. The property was exceptionally clean. The pool area was hosed down each evening. After checking out we were given clean towels to have a shower before leaving. There was 1 female and 1 male shower located in the main building which were also exceptionally clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk. The beach is a stones throw away. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book to stay here again.

We would have liked to have two pillows on the beds but we didn’t phone to ask for extra. I am sure the hotel would have provided these if we had asked.

Loved the pool areas, never far to walk to a pool. Plenty of sun loungers. Nobody reserves them at 6am which is great! Excellent location and lovely staff. Spotlessly clean too, maid service everyday.

Not much really. Our room was room 1202. There was only one mirror and that was in the bathroom which was quite limiting for 2 girls getting ready to go out! Our friends stayed in one of the other blocks and they had 3 mirrors. Don't expect a late check out in the high season. Shower room was very small and only fits one person at a time in there. Also it is not air conditioned so is difficult to get ready in there in 34 degree heat.
