The room was clean and big enough, the bed large and comfy, great breakfast buffet, nice pools with varied sun exposure, good full relaxing massage, being able the hotel facility post checkout, the evening shows at the bar at 9pm every day, the location, free public parking not too far

No option for outdoor breakfast , the spa area was very smelly and so was the steam room every day, the sangria made with fanta an sprite, the hotel car park charged at £15 a day, but nothing that would prevent me from recommending this hotel

doesn’t matter if you have do not disturb on your door , the cleaner still walks in , not sure why , not sure why bother with do not disturb sign , very embarrassing, very annoying , great hotel but won’t be going back , we do need I privacy which clearly isn’t taken very seriously

Getting a sun bed with a umbrella was tricky as always seemed to be taken open by 11 They start cleaning up by the main pool around 5 which really kills the relaxation, loud screeching of dragging sunbed moving around the place

Great location, easy access to Palma and the airport. The sea is within reach, shops, bars and cafes are nearby. Great view from our balcony. The pool with the bar made us happy. A nice girl at the reception suggested the nearest place to find free parking.

Everything was nice, but some things should be noted. The loud hum of the air conditioner did not help to fall asleep. Although smoking is prohibited in the hotel, an ashtray awaits you on the balcony. We had to spend the last few days of our stay in smoke because it looked like an English gay couple had come to smoke 18 hours a day. Sparking wine is offered for breakfast only on Sundays, forgetting that every day is Sunday for vacationers :)

very nice room, good bed. Breakfast excellent, pool area very good.

No mirror in the room ? Sometimes staff on reception very abrupt and not very happy !

Great location & facilities were very good. Great system with leaving money at reception so you have a tab & dont have to carry money round the hotel for eating or drinks.

Our party would have preferred that no music would have been at poolside. It was not to our choice & would prefer a quiet relaxing time without music. Especially as everyone has a mobile phone that they can listen to music on earbuds. We also would have preferred that there would have been a quiet bar so if you don’t want live entertainment while you’re drinking then you have a choice.

I thought the Staff especially in the restaurants, were always very polite and happy and the buffet service had an excellent choice of various well prepared food, especially for the evening dinner.

My air-conditioning was blowing warm air out, my fridge was useless, could not keep anything cold in it, in fact some young lads had got their beers in the swimming pool, keeping their drinks chilled. I had no Wi Fi either. So I reported the problems about my air conditioning and Wi Fi at reception. It took a few days days to sort the problems out which I think should have been resolved much more efficiently.

we stayed in the separate building, which was really nice and quiet compared to the main building. The people in our hotel were really lovely, quite likeminded and open for a chat. Great atmosphere around the pool and everyone was enjoying their time.

The staff at the reception wasn’t very friendly but we didn’t needed a lot from them. They also never answered our calls to the reception, don’t know why the phone in the room is there if it has no purpose. the staff in the other building were very friendly!

The pools and facilities were fabulous. The staff were lovely and helpful and the buffet was excellent!

You can’t get food or snacks throughout the day so if you miss breakfast you either wait till dinner time or walk down to the main road to find something. The hill on the way back to the hotel is a bit of a killer. Very steep. There was no room service or round the pool service. Also there weren’t enough umbrellas or shade around the pools. We stayed in the sky building which is a bit of a trek to get back to reception if you need towels etc…

The pool was good and really cooling on the hot days!! The breakfast was buffet style and ok I suppose (see below). The hotel is near to the beach and to many bars and restaurants too. So plenty to choose from!!

The noise of the street at night, could maybe do with getting better double glazing, the view from our room, it was bins and parked cars on the street. The breakfast was buffet style and often cold or luke warm and the potato style foods were often really dry, it didn't really matter if you got there early or late. The bar closed at 10,40pm!!
