Food was of a good standard. Lots of entertainment during the day for adults and children. Staff always cleaning and happy to help you. All in all, a very relaxing and peaceful experience. The beach is also close by which adds to the exceptional view. We thought it was a nice touch to be welcomed to the hotel by personal letter and a small token of gratitude for our stay.

The pool bar was mostly self service and didn’t have the selection of soft drinks you would expect like Coca Cola etc. If you wanted any hot snacks like burgers etc then you had to wait till 3pm. (outside) The AC in the room was switched off by the hotel during the night till the early morning so it became hot and stuffy and made it hard to sleep.

The meal are not the best although there is a good selection but not always the warmest the thing that annoyed me the most was when they had paella some guests were only taking the prawns from the paella so if you were looking forward to seafood paella then you were missing the prawns that should have been served with it maybe they should have someone to serve it so shared equally and the soup was always tepid

Very nice place, excellent facilities, the main hall was full with climbing plants which was a nice touch. The main hall had a bar with a slow rotating sitting area facing a pond where the main stage is/ top for night shows. The shows were excellent in quality as well. They also had 2 pools one of them was warm water which was good for february.

Location is good if you look for tranquility- there are a few restaturants open, but can be too quiet in winter.

What a fabulous hotel, location great, very clean, could always get a sunbed around the pool, entertainment was some of the best we've seen. We enjoyed playing the mini golf and table tennis which were free and the access to the beach was very close. The revolving area in the bar was very original!

The food was lovely however there weren't very many vegetarian options for my daughter, she mainly had the choice of pasta and rice which was a bit limited. Found it odd that you could get your drinks for breakfast but had to be waiter service for lunch and tea.

The shower was amazing. The food was glorious. We went for All Inclusive. It was excellent. Staff were hard working, friendly and efficient. The food was glorious with great selection!! The foyer with the real jungle plants was beautiful indoors. The heated pool was great. Air con in room adjustable and excellent. We were beside the best beach for snorkelling on the whole island. We had shops of all calibre at our doorstep. Car rental was good (ask for Laura). Everything amazing! Oh and after we checked out, we still had access to lunch and facilities, shower and left luggage room! Amazing service!! 11/10!!

The only thing I didn't like was the price was a little higher than we expected. However, it was worth it entirely. Entertainment was a bit loud at night. But even then didn't really bother me

Great staff at every place from reception trough bars and restaurants. from the evening shows the Polynesian night was really good. Also the surprise, the bottle of sparkling wine was very kind from you (although the sparkling wine served for breakfast tasted much better)

The bed could be a bit bigger and having separated blanket instead of one big blanket. The evening shows, question is if the quality of the performers is not the best or the audio system causes the bad sound experience. hard to say. regarding dinners, would expect a bit bigger variation of foods, and to have cut fruits just like during breakfast. if you would have similar meal choices just like at the neighboring hotel Barcelo you would be the best hotel

The staff were so lovely, really friendly! I can’t remember the lovely mans name, but he did the aqua aerobics and many other things! He bought So much joy to the hotel. Beautiful decor, rooms lovely. Pool really nice.

The food wasn’t the best (buffet) it was still nice but a little disappointed. Entertainment was okay but nothing special.

The variey of food was very good, the room was spacious, the cleanliness of the room was also very good and the staff were very friendly with the exceptional of the Dining Room staff otherwise i might have rebook for later this year or next year, I'm still trying to decide.

Some of the staff in the dining room were unfriendly not all but some and the gentlemen on the door who appeared to control the waiting staff was a bit standoffish, He choose who he would allow into the restaurant in shorts I saw him turn a man away who the previous night was wearing the same long shorts, whilst I dont like shorts in any form in the dining area I could not understand the difference, and then on my last night he allow a lady into the restaurant wearing short shorts and 5 gentlement into the restaurant in shorts, and then refused entry to a more mature lady so she was excluded and asked to go and change but her shorts were knee lenght and tailored, discrimination was evident which I found disappointing,

Food on the AI package was very good with plenty of choice and little repetition. Dinning room always had spare tables, even at busy times and the waiters were very attentive. The evening entertainment had 2 outside acts on each night , some better than others but were good in general. Bar staff, both at the outside daytime bar and the inside evening bar were good and friendly even though there was a bit of a queue at times. One point the inside tables were not cleaned after the bar closed, or the next morning which was surprising. Animation staff did their best and as the hotel got busier over the start of the Easter holidays there was more going on. Location is great with easy access to the beach and access to the costal path that you can walk for miles in either direction. Overall lovely hotel and I would recommend

Clean the bar tables each day at least.
