My room was in a quiet location, top floor as requested. Good position, only 15 mins walk to Playa Bastian beach. Shops, cafes, supermarkets nearby. Nice helpful. hardworking staff.

Unfortunately other than breakfast, the food lets this hotel down. It is very bland, with no taste. I avoided using the all inclusive restaurant as could not face it. Had to spend money outside hotel on meals. If only some small changes could be introduced to enhance the quality and taste of food, which would make this hotel a great all round choice.

It was in a good location, very clean and helpful happy staff. Enough staff on in the evenings so it wasn’t 3 deep at the bar. The food was plentiful always hot and a number of different choices, those who complain then go and pay & stay in a 5* hotel this is a top class 3* hotel. We will be returning 👍🏼

Best price-quality ratio in my opinion. Here is why: - excellent location close to Playa Bastian and the Bus Stop to Arrecife - very nice people working in this Hotel - good apartments with air conditioning and big tv as well - excellent choice of food - there is even animation for kids and the evening show for the families Everytime I go to this Hotel I feel well looked after... Lovely facilities the friendly staff of which there were loads. Food selection was awesome room was clean and as long as you tge guest keep on top of stuff u won't get ants

Rude staff only 2 out of the hundreds there but they upset me. No idea why they felt the need to be rude when everyone else was fantastic. The cleaners didn't come for our last 3 days.

Food was good always a great choice. Rooms were clean and spacious definitely a 3 star hotel but if good quality. plenty of sun beds no need to panic! Staff were attentive.

Towels only changed every 3 days. Seating in bar on wicker chair’s uncomfortable The stairs to all blocks of apartments could of done with a good clean The entertainment was basically non existent and poor. I didn’t not like the staff around the pool Trying to entertain the guests, as they were shouting and trying to be funny in everyone’s face.

Block e rooms 125 to 129 were fab ...had the sun all day long on the terrace and sheltered from the breeze. Beds were comfy with extra blankets if needed.shower was big and good pressure. Not even a 10 min walk into town or €3 in a taxi . Food was ok, there was always something..kebabs, curry noodles, hake, beef, chicken,paella, broccoli in batter. The pastries at breakfast were lovely. Drinks very strong.

The entertainment for adults at night was a bit poor but great for the kids

The public areas were kept really clean, the housekeeping team were very good and always visible. There was a really nice atmosphere which was enhanced by the staff.

The dining room chairs were shabby and in need of replacement. The sofa in our room was a little shaky.

The friendly atmosphere, the cleaners and how well the grounds are kept. Reception staff are polite and always willing to help

How towels were left early mornings on the sunbeds. Prices not labelled on the gift shop items.

Staff were friendly and approachable. Have good experience tours available to book from the hotel.

Room needed a little TLC, Pity wifi was extra but not a big deal for me as it was only needed to check in to flights for way home. I got a room next to the club where the night time entertainment was held so it was loud, but didn't bother my sleep but for light sleeper maybe mention when booking.
