H10 Suites Lanzarote Gardens

The room was spacious, had a microwave, fridge and sink. There was also a kettle and coffee making facilities. The swim pool with the slides was great for the kids, it's nice that the pools are heated. But I'd still advise on bringing wetsuits for the kids if coming in February and it's still chilly and very windy. The buffet was excellent, so much choice! There was usually 2-3 types of fish to choose from, plus beef, chicken and pork. A salad bar with lots of fresh produce, very yummy! Stone baked pizzas, pastas, lots of vegetables, wraps corner. My kids loved the desserts, specially the chocolate mouse. The pool bar is great too, we got all inclusive and had Baileys and G&Ts from the pool bar, they also do snacks and ice cream which were a hit with the kids. The location is great, 3 supermarkets with walking distance, pharmacies, shops, restaurants and bars. Only 3 minutes walk from the beach, 15min by taxi from the airport. The hotel arranged transfer from the airport which was great (30 euros) Kids disco was really fun.

The eggs and sausages for breakfast were very tasteless. Luckily the continental breakfast was delicious. Coffee didn't taste good (Nescafe brand). Kids clubs don't run on the weekend. Need to book for dinner every night, we could never get a table before 7.30pm which was too late for the kids to wait for dinner.

-The location is excellent, Coatsa Teguise is a perfect spot with nice beaches and facilities/restaurants all in walking distance. Free car park Infront of the hotel. -Staff are very helpful and cheerful. -Rooms are good size -Food (particularly lunch and dinner) were great, huge variety. - Hotel mainly focused on families, which worked out well for us, but might not attract couples.

-The adult poot was heated to 27 degrees, but kids pool with slides was always 19 degrees, this was too cold for the kids, the kids pool was left abandoned during the duration of our trip (late March) -Breakfast menus can be improved. -kids club closed on weekends. -no kids activities on Sundays -the family suites are not the best, wish we had booked a bungalow instead.

Location, pool area and pool are lovely, loads of sunbeds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of space indoors, plenty of choice of food for breakfast and lunch. Would def stay again.

The wellness Centre was closed during our stay. Only reason this would have been an issue was the rain. Also no view from our room.

An excellent place for families and allows parents to relax as there is lots on offer to capture kids attention and the pool area is fantastic. The breakfast options were great, the property was clean and the staff were all welcoming and attentive.

- The pool bar could have some cocktails pre-mixed ready to go and there could be some self serve options available at the bar to reduce queuing. Did find that after queueing to collect food then had a second queue to pay so could have someone taking payments on the food side to help serve faster. - could be some upkeep/improvement to the tennis court area - visited with teens which is harder to get them to go to the clubs etc. could help to have some interaction with families that have older kids by the pool regularly to help encourage into activities all of these are small points and definitely wouldn’t stop us from visiting here again. we had a great stay!

Really good location, pedestrian access to superb sandy beach (yes golden sand) and nearby shops and agents for Trips and Explorations.

We can’t fault the property. It was just right for old timers like us, quiet, private, and yet so family friendly. The children loved it. Daisy club gives the Mums a break. The food was prolific, varied, delicious - quite unlike some other experiences where the menu can be somewhat repetitive. Not the case here. Some reviews have said the food wasn’t hot. We did not find that to be a problem. And the staff were universally friendly.

The hotel was clean, modern and central. Minutes away from bars, restaurants and the beach. Plenty of free parking across the hotel, in case the parking spots at the entrance are taken and you don’t want to pay the additional €10 to access the side parking closer to the rooms.

-For half board the refillable drinks (soft drinks and water) are not included during dinner, only for breakfast (water, juices, coffee etc). For half board you have to pay extra for any drinks during dinner and pay at the end of the stay. -A lot of families with young kids, so if you prefer a quieter environment choose an adults only hotel.

Great staff, very helpful and extremly polite. Lot of variaty of food, very tasty. Room was clean, very spacious, nice view from the room - directly at the pool. Small kitchen with microwave, plates, catlery. Balcony with laundry dryer, we just brought our laundry pins.

It was bit crowded, lot of guests. Sometimes it was hard to find 2 sunbeds with umbrella. And if you go in peak hours for dinner (19-20h), you would have to queue

Build for families with little kids. It has everything you might need for a toddler or baby at hand, including microwave, fridge, dishwasher soap and sponge, toys for the pool and beach, etc. It is not very luxurious for adults but if your priority is to have happy kids, plus a baby club/nursery to be able to relax then is perfect. There are kids everywhere.

Lack of room service for food. A indoor pool would make it 100% perfect for winter holidays.

This hotel is suitable for families with small children. However, I was alone and the receptionist - without me asking - spontaneously and very cleverly, gave me a room far away from the pool and mini club, so it was quiet all day :) The suite is a comfy and spacious apartment with bedroom: it has a bathroom with all toiletries, living room, balcony, mini kitchen and even two TV sets. Food quality and variety is excellent and qualify/price I would definitely recommend the HB. The hotel has loads of activities for children and even a pirate ship in the pool and a mini club. Staff is kind and professional. There is also a beautician and a courtesy room, so that you can stay in the resort until late the date of your check out. A plus: right next door, there is an English speaking doctor/clinic where you can get your PCR and antigenic test.

This was our 3rd visit . We requested room 333 and they obliged every time . Fantastic Staff throughout. Very good variety and quality of food . They also provided good evening entertainment in the Pool Bar ! The Heated pool is fabulous. Rooms are relatively comfortable with TV in both living room and bedroom and a good size bathroom which was well stocked with all the necessary toiletries, a good powerful shower , bath and hairdryer.

As per other Hotels the mealtimes can get a little manic ,especially when there are a lot of young children and this is a family hotel first and foremost. It would be nice to have an adults only sitting, perhaps after 10 am for breakfast and after 8 pm for Dinner ! The second slight criticism is regarding the price of the drinks for non inclusive residents! 9€ for my evening pre dinner G&T didn't leave a good taste ,although this is no criticism of the generous measure recieved from the excellent Bar Staff .
