Beautiful hotel, very clean and staff great. The ocean views were amazing from our balcony. Food was good with lots of choice.
How busy the buffet restaurant was. For example when they put a new tray of pizza out it was like watching a flock of seaguls fighting for a slice. Gones within 20 seconds. Guess thats not the hotels fault just the awful guests.. mine mine mine

The facilities are pretty good and it’s kept very clean. Daily room service.
The late evening check in was not very warm or welcoming. They weren’t unpleasant, just short and factual. No smiles, just matter of fact. This was in stark contrast to others we subsequently came across who were so lovely and friendly. Not a good first impression. Having been told to tell them it was our silver wedding anniversary, we may get some recognition of the occasion, make it special, there was nothing which was disappointing.

The hotel itself was lovely, the reception and facilities were excellent, the staff very accommodating , food was good if you go all exclusive be aware the sides are pretty similar on the daily but the meat / mains are very well cooked. I would suggest booking a sea view or pool view totally worth the extra few quid as the rooms are huge and have a beautiful view. otherwise the internal hotel rooms are a bit like a block of flats

one thing I didn’t like was the lifeguard moving towels when you go toilet or bar to allow people to take your sunbed and pool is so cold

Room needs a little tlc, some painting in areas but in general good condition. We had a leak, water coming from ceiling. It was 2 hours before anyone came. When they did however it was resolved.
