Beautiful complex and room was clean , comfortable and stylish. Javier on Reception was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

It is out in the middle of nowhere so quite expensive to go anywhere if not hiring a car. If a golf player then ideal and not too far from the airport. €35 for a taxi from the hotel to the airport.

Great hotel. Although you stay in multi-room houses, all the houses are close to each other and near the pool. Main building only houses the reception, bar, restaurant, and gym. Pool is large, and there’s generally no problem finding sunbeds. There's a large, free parking lot. Location is also good. Right next door, there’s an artificial ‘old town’. It was built to look old/perhaps stylish?, and it seems like the only purpose of it was to sell apartments to the British. But thanks to this place you can go to several places where you can eat or buy something or even party a little

Flies during meals. Perhaps it would be a good idea to set up some booths with flypaper or other insecticides? Eating is constantly interrupted by swatting away flies

Staff was very nice who did everything in their power to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The selection for breakfast was huge and spectacular with some daily variation to avoid being boring. I only missed some cured ham, ater all it's Spain. ;) The room was very spacious and clean. The location is strange in the middle of an unspectacular semi-desert, far behind the gates of a holiday park whose reason for existense remains a mistery to me. However, it is conveniently located close to a multilane highway if you want to see the surrounding area.

All in all, it was a great stay with a phenomenal price/quality ratio. There were just some minor things: There was a constant, terrible smell during our stay (mid-October), which was not the accommodation's fault but probably came from the nearby area of intensive agriculture using natural fertilizer. The shower needs fixing in our room, because it sprays everywhere it shouldn't, so you can't use it without getting your hair wet. The blanket on the bed was too warm and thick for any season or temperature.

Amazing hotel, good room, very clean, helpful staff. The territory feels very clean and exceptionally safe. The hotel is dog friendly, lots of place for our dog to be outside, no cars driving around. We could eat at the restaurant with our dog, just needed to sit outside.

The restaurant work can be planned and organized better, one of the evenings the restaurant was understaffed and our diner took over 2 hours. Also, we needed to bring utensil ourselves, many dishes were served without fork&knife, only a plate with food.

I really liked the staff, extremely friendly. Ready to help in any situation. On the way to the hotel, our car broke , but as soon as we arrived, the girl at the reception named Anna immediately called the master and agreed that we would come to him. This was a very big help for us. The hotel is also incredibly beautiful, gorgeously landscaped grounds, beautiful views all around. We had a room with a terrace and it was top notch. Good food, good drinks + good golf courses. It was a great experience. We will definitely come back

Arriving on a Sunday evening our only option for dinner was a buffet in the restaurant. Unfortunately the food was cold, no idea how long it had been out and we were not asked if we would like a drink. Only when we saw other guests going to the bar did we get a drink for ourselves and bring it back to the dinner table. Breakfast was equally as disappointing, look warm.

We have stayed here on four occasions now and always found the staff very helpful and pleasant. This time we were upgraded to a Junior suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Not all facilities were available but it is out of season. Great choice at breakfast, didn't have evening meals so cannot comment. Great base for us when visiting family at El Saladillo.

Excellent value for money. Pool area is one of best I’ve ever experienced, and layout of hotel is nice as feels like we lived on a little community. Also drinks were cheap in Clubhouse so even though limited for choices of bars, we weren’t forced to pay extortionate prices etc.

Location was on an upcoming development so pretty empty, town next door had like 2/3 regularly open places to eat/drink so a car is a must for holidays of 1wk+. Also, not their fault, but every 5hrs or so, a smell of pig manure was somewhat unpleasant from nearby pig farms but you get used to it!

All areas of the hotel was great, Breakfast was a good variety of choices, staff was pleasant and helpful.

No water or drinks in the room, no tea/coffee facility was in the room depite advertising a coffee machine included in teh room. No Aircon in the main reception building. Noone used this space as it was simply too hot in this area, despite it having lovley furnature to use.

Absolutely everything! This is amazing place to visit, it is a golf complex with a lovely looking course (unfortunately we didn't have time to play only stopping one night on our travels but we will be back) Hotel is very modern and appealing. You can use bar and restaurant at both golf club and hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Loads of free parking. The room was fabulous, plenty of space with an enormous bed plus large sofa and coffee table. The bathroom was beautifully appointed with both bath and separate shower Each room has two patios one in the shade one in the sun with furniture. We paid for half board which was such good value. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet with a fantastic choice of quality food at both.

Only marked this hotel down one because the stunning looking pool was closed on our visit due to having some chlorine treatment, such a shame but didn't spoil our stay.
