It's a beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing hotel with lots of space. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms have a bath as well as a walk in shower. There are some really good staff there who go the extra mile like Raoul and Desirèe and Josè on the front desk.

Things can be inconsistent! No soap in bathroom - used shower gel to wash hands. Room not made up in a timely way. Four hangers in wardrobe (rectified by reception) Drinking glasses in room not renewed after 4 nights. Reception staff - possibly new - with few people skills - "passports" should not be the first words of greeting to people arriving. Nowhere to eat during the day except by the swimming pool.

Lovely hotel Friendly staff on reception especially JOSE VERY HELPFUL Rooms big and had pool view Bathroom big double sink Beds comfortable TV.. and bonus had uk channels The pool is gorgeous with pool bar .. the Square with bats and restaurants next to the hotel Friday night in the Irish bar has a DJ If you want a safe (has security in gated community) relaxing holiday this hotel is perfect for couples I travelled with my friend both 60 felt safe on our own as the square was full of families couples golfers and residents .. we had a lovely long weekend would recommend.. airport about 15 mins away taxis no more than €35 ..

Nothing it was perfect

Very professional and engaging woman called Desiree on reception when we checked in - and out. Recommended an alternative room to the one I'd identified online AND suggested we try the restaurant at the pool for lunch. Both excellent recommendations. The food at the pool was very good. We didn't eat in the Vinoteca at night because of our previous experiences in February this year. My review is on Tripadvisor. Breakfast was better than before and the chef on duty cooked a delicious omelette.

I'm disappointed that the dining room menu is unchanged from last February. Offering one choice of fish and it salmon! is a disappointment in an area that has an abundance of fish. I regularly buy Sole, turbot and hake at Alcampo in La Zenia and cook it myself. The salmon was probably micro-waived as well. The dining room itself is classy and aesthetically pleasing with excellent staff, but is let down by the new regime in the kitchen.

Very Spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, very clean, amazing location right in the centre of the resort where the main square of bars and restaurants are. Staff were all lovely, the cleaners were keen to clean the rooms every day!

There was an Insect infestation on our balcony, we expected this as it’s Spain, We told reception and they came straight up to our room with an insect killer spray and got rid of them. Unfortunately the day after they were back, but as expected. Nothing the hotel did wrong, just the country.

Loved - hotel interior, our room, bathroom, pool area (not too crowded), being surrounded by green, lots of little bars and cafes around the hotel if you want some different food. Our room was really clean - praise to the housekeeping team there. F&B team was really friendly and helpful. Fair prices for food and drinks.

For a 5 star I excepted coffee in the room, (it cost €3 in the restaurant for a coffee made by a machine), no robes or slippers either. 22€ a day for parking is a lot when you can find free spots around.

My second stay here. 6 nights this year. Nice looking hotel. Staf friendly and helpfull. Rooms are spacious, beds are good (firm) and a nice balcony (terrace). Silent airco and fridge, big tv-screen, blackout curtains.

1. The beds for me are very warm because of the thick comforter. I use comforters like this at home in the winter. So I had to crank up the airco all night to keep cool. Maybe next time I will inform for a cooler comforter. 2. Guests with loud gettoblasters at the pool is not what I expect with this hotel. Especially not because there is already pool-music from the hotel itself.

Pool area excellent with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast very good and plenty of choice! Bed very comfortable and nice pillows and duvet!

Was trying to get lunch at the poolside bar on day of arrival. After waiting 20 minutes with no drink or menu I left. 1 member of staff was not sufficient when a lot of people are there. My room was a disabled room - no tea coffee making facilities although I had the mugs for tea/coffee. Also the shower massively leaked right to the bathroom door.

The location was perfect for our planned trip. The bed was very comfortable. The pools and gym were good. Excellent breakfast - the best hotel breakfast we have ever had!

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There was a kettle but no mugs or anything except a glass to drink out of. When we asked at reception we were told there were no tea and coffee making facilities. When booking it said that there were facilities. The lake around the hotel was almost empty and so rather unsightly and sad to see. The hotel could do with providing more signage or a map of the hotel as we got quite lost trying to navigate the corridors to get to places.

Staff were excellent, room was lovely and hotel in general was lovely. Pool was perfect with plenty of sunbeds and towels supplied.

Delay in getting a gluten free breakfast (bread) most mornings, got it in the end but a bit annoying - tell the chef as soon as you go in and then they will defrost gluten free bread rolls for you. Balcony window box had dead plants, bathroom had some mouldy grouting but none of this ruined our enjoyment as overall good.

rooms are large, with a very comfortable bed, good air con, there was no coffee / tea facilities at all, aprt from a kettle, but no cups!! there is a fridge, bathrooms are large with shower and bath, with twin sinks.

rooms should have coffe /Tea facilities at least, this is a 5 star hotel so these facilities should be included The big down side is the lake surrounding the hotel, this is more like a swap full of plastic bottles and rubbish this really lets the hotel down, in fact it looked like a health hazard!!
