Lovely hotel. Our room was basic, but fresh and comfortable, huge bed, good shower, good hair dryer, good Wi-Fi! We had a pool view and partial sea view which was so nice. All staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, we asked for extra pillows and received them immediately. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with lots of fresh and tasty choices! Our stay was just pre-season so the hotel (and resort) were quiet, we loved it as we were there to relax!

It would have been nice to have had a kettle/tea,coffee making facilities in the room – just my preference.

Everything was excellent personal was great 👍 breakfast very nice pool clean rooms very nice clean and everyday change towels and clean rooms I fully recommend for everyone who want stay in ibiza without any problems with hotel . This hotel is best of best 👌 definitely come back.

This hotel was a great surprise. It is located in a lovely area with a nice beach, restaurants, chiringuitos (Mamajuana was our favourite - beautiful place with great music and amazing food), a couple of bars, supermarkets and several shops close by. They offer a wonderful breakfast (and I am pretty demanding with that) and the staff was incredible. Many thanks to Frederico, Sebastian and Aislene because they gave us valuable tips to explore the island and were very patient and helpful with all our queries and requests.

Regarding the hotel specifically, I believe there's some room for improvement regarding the rooms' cleaning, because although they were cleaned daily and towels changed daily, the ladies that do the cleaning could be a little more thorough. Another detail is that the mattresses were very hard and the pillows very soft, therefore, for us, it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Finally, I would point out the hotel location regarding accessibility, because unfortunately this is a challenge all over the island. Be prepared to have extra budget for taxis and patience to wait, if your goal is to move around and visit other parts of the island.

The breakfast was vary and super tasty. Staff was really friendly and always looking to make you feel like at home. The room is simple but has everything you need to enjoy a quiet spot in Ibiza

We stayed for 6 nights and the cleaning during the stay could have been better: underneath the bed was dirty and the bathroom was not clean during our stay, just cleaning the floor and changing towels. Parking was a bit challenging sometimes but we always ended up finding a spot.

Location- great, about a 4minute walk from the seafront. Far enough from the centre. Calm location. Pool - sun beds and umbrellas, pool towel provided (deposit per towel which is refunded upon return). lifeguard in peak season. Very clean. Breakfast- excellent choice Snack bar- good choice Bar- good selection, reasonable prices Staff - very helpful and understanding. Rooms- clean and comfortable

Lovely clean hotel, comfortable beds , helpful staff, very quiet around but was beginning of the season , location is only a few minutes walk to the seafront shops and restaurants/bars near by. Pool area was nice .overall a pleasant stay I would recommend.

There was an issue with the air con but they was getting it sorted , and if your a light sleeper in the morning you can hear the people on the tennis court opposite the hotel, but overall nothing major, would definitely return.

There was nothing We did not like. The staff went 110% over and above what was expected From finding a kettle and tea/coffee sachets for our room to allowing a room on the last evening to shower and change prior to being collected by coach. Well done team muchas gracias Brian y Allison

Everything was very good. The room was light and we had a nice view of the mountains and the pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices. The staff were all very nice and friendly. It was good to have the swimming pool. The location is very good, we would definitely stay again. Thanks

Nice hotel near the harbour. Great views comfortable room. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Quiet part of the island. Great breakfast with plenty of choices.
