Really enjoyed the breakfast, didn’t have the dinner as much as we wanted to explore restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the gym, pool area was nice although it does get very busy. Rooms were a good size and very clean

Lack of healthy choices at dinner and vegan options for breakfast and dinner. The first few days I had a room that was on the other side (opposite side to the pool) which was really noisy. The pool side was absolutely fine

Loved the hotel pool, beautiful rooms (we had an ocean view from the balcony corner which was gorgeous!), and close proximity to the beach! Everything feels very clean, relaxing, and calming. Staff are extremely helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Various fun events onsite such as trivia and evening music.

Wish there would have been a bit more variety in the food and beverage options, particularly in the non-alcoholic drink department (more than one mocktail option would have been great). Depending on room location you may end up with noise pollution from an adjacent bar, but it was fine most nights.

Perfect location with lovely beach and ferry at the door. Beautiful hotel, very clean. Room spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. Excellent swimming pools also very clean and well taken care of by the staff. All staff members were friendly, helpful and excellent professionals.

Stayed AI and was disappointed with the food. Breakfast was good but lacked options for vegetarians, for example no vegetable drinks. Lunch and dinner was very much the same every day and very basic. And once again lacked vegetarian dishes. There were some vegetables available but vegetarians do not live on pizza and potato. Lack of proteins of vegetable origin

- bed size was amazing - view was lovely - really good aircon - near the beach - very clean - working lifts - lovely views from the corridors - spacious

- The open plan bathroom was a massive no for us and would put us off staying again. There is no privacy and you can hear everything. - hundreds of wasps at the outside bar - evening entertainment was so disappointing, we would just start enjoying it and it would be over after 60 minutes. It should be on until at least midnight as you would make a lot more money that - from 11pm all inclusive has to pay for drinks

the stuff members they was extremely helpful and great the very people that was there for me to make me have a great experience is carmen, Alfonso, Mario, Natalie, Manolo(manager), Ezequiel these people was I recommended. I can say these are people are amazing. They made my experience amazing

I would think that there's no room service and that I couldn't call them because the phone isn't working. I spoke to the receptionist about that but they told me that I would had to come down stairs for that

Room was kept clean every day and was nice to come back to. Pool was always packed and only spent one day there. Beds were a little uncomfortable. I was surprised that guests still put there towels on beds to reserve them. A good variety of breakfast however, often run out of fruit. Due to building works it was somewhat noisy so unpleasant to sit out on the balcony. Noise pollution from the restaurants below was also disturbing at night

Stop putting towels on beds and leaving them empty for long periods. Pool staff should monitor. cushions for beds would be nice. Not sure what can be done about noise pollution

Glamorous beautiful property with a lovely view of the beach and sunrise every morning. The pool was particularly lovely and very calm and tranquil. The staff were very helpful and were always happy to answer any questions. We had breakfast included and it was fantastic with lots of choice. The eggs were cooked there and then, everything was very fresh.

Due to our room location Charlie’s (bar) was a little loud some nights but this really didn’t affect us and you could just ask for a poolside view

Beautifully clean, fresh and white; lovely bar and room nicely decorated and appointed. Es Cana itself is a bit ‘Brits Abroad’(!), but the hotel is very nice and a good choice. Breakfast is fairly good, but definitely four star. Staff very friendly. Huge pool area. Taxi’s are a struggle from here, waited two hours for one on Saturday night!

It would have been nice to have more than 1 bottle of water per person provided in the room during our stay, the wristband that you are required to wear cheapens the feel of the hotel slightly, but overall it’s a decent hotel - but definitely feels like a 4 star rather than anything more.

We had a really lovely vacation there. The room was big enough with modern furniture. The food was good and with great variety. Great pools and wonderful entertaining programs

The nearby beach was terrible. We went there just once, and then we decided to spend the rest of the time on the pools.

All meals had plenty of choice and availability, pool was always clean, stunning views over the sea from the room. Could not fault the hotel, and the staff where always happy to help out.
