Brilliant hotel with excellent pool, spa & beach access.

We knew the hotel was out of the way of the huddle & bussle but we didn’t expect their to be a 45 minute to 1 hour wait for taxis ( we know this isn’t the hotels fault ) but no mention online regarding this. If booking this Hotel DEFINITELY BOOK YOURSELF A CAR

Excellent location near Cala Nova beach, wonderful pools, on site restaurants and bars.

The only thing but very important one - staff and delivery enterance beneath our balcony with sea view! Constant chats, delivery in vans and garbage truck especially in the morning when the only thing you want to hear are waves and seagulls. I can't believe this is the layout of 5 star hotel! I was so eager to go to pool and relax that I haven't noticed this when we arrived but if I ever stay again I want to be as far as I can from that side unfortunately.

We loved everything, the staff upgraded us to 2 suites upon arrival which was so kind, the staff is excellent, rooms were amazing , spacious, only annoying thing is the lighting ! the breakfast is so fresh and great choice and delicious with lovely outdoor seating . Fabulous pool area , my only complaint is there is no complementary WATER round the pool and at €6 a bottle for a family this becomes expensive when you drink a lot , this should be provided at a hotel of this quality , in the week we were there we were offered one fruit stick , this to should be daily it’s the small touches that makes a hotel stand out , apart from this and a few mistakes from the team in reception that organise restaurants etc, I did ask for restaurants to be booked but this never got done and I was recommended last minute to a terrible restaurant close to the hotel , the area around is not good for food it’s worth going into the old town 20 minutes in a taxi .

The heated outdoor pool was awesome. Loved the waiters attitude when I asked for a bottle of Prosecco "This is Spain not Italy!" They actually do THE BEST CLUB SANDWICH IN THE WORLD -FACT! It's the first time I've returned from being on holiday - thinking my own bed is actually rubbish! The rooms are lovely - they are not too small, they're a normal hotel room size!

Looked at the rooftop club - what a waste of money. The general poolside is where it is happening! 15 Euros a day for Valet parking but the valet isn't always there. The rooms don't get cleaned quick enough - when you come back at 4.30 pm and it's not been made - it's a bit disappointing. These are merely niggles and the hotel is probably running on lower staff due to Covid

Modern, comfortable with an amazing location and great staff. The rooms and views are just great. Especially love the pool areas and the adult (No kids) zone on the roof top was amazing…. (Although less sure about the 200 euro minimum spend for a sunbed there) . Easy walk to local beach restaurants too. An amazing experience.

Not much to put here. The 50 EUR pp breakfast was a rip off as it applied even if you just had a coffee. So don’t book it. Use room service instead: The build quality of the hotel meant our room blinds didn’t work and we had some messed up service in the Michelin restaurant which was a let down but overall it paled into insignificance as the rest of the stay was so amazing, it didn’t matter.

This was the first place I stayed in which I didn’t miss my comfortable bed or apartment at home. Everything was perfect and outstanding: the breakfast, the food, staff, entertainment, location. This really is the perfect place! Thanks for the staff for putting all the hard work and extraordinary efforts.

Our room was 110 and I think it’s below one of the restaurants so it’s quite noisy until 1 or 2am. The reception had ear plugs so that helped. And I also know if I complained to reception they would have tried their best to do something but I was just too lazy to move rooms.

AMAZING!! Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were all incredible. The beds 11/10 and the breakfast (a must have) 12/10…

Very picky here but the cans of water by the pool are too expensive!! It’s water and it’s very hot… and the only other thing (now I’m being ridiculously picky) is please put more knives and forks out at breakfast.

unbelievable setting, overlooking the beach, on a quiet corner of Ibiza - just tremendous, with the pool views, overlooking a picturesque stretch of sea as far as the eye can see

it is not in the ‘best’ location for amenities outside the hotel, es Cana is a lovely little place, but to really enjoy more of Ibiza then the hotel itself, you are a good drive from anywhere

high level service and professional personnel (!!) - you feel it at so many levels. I think this is exactly what let us fully relax and don’t think about any problems. The stuff is well-trained meaning that their work is coordinated, they are always friendly and helpful but also do everything highly professionally and quickly. Also, credit goes to the delicious breakfast.

There is absolutely nothing to complain. I would only recommend to cover better the area (with laundry and containers) so it is not visible from the top rooms. But for us it was not a problem as we got our room changed.

The Bless Hotel is idyllic in its entirety. I was greeted by the polite, kind and knowledgeable receptionist called Alma and the Bell boys whom not only looked the part in their uniform, they couldn’t do enough to help; in particular an amazing young man called Said. My room was chic, clean and spacious with a balcony that provided lovely views. I had to change a pre-booked massage in the hotel’s Magness Souful Spa due to my flight being delayed but the staff sorted out another appointment for me. I had an hour long Muscle Reviver with incredible Omar who has hands of a prophet, not only does his hands produce a warmth/heart - you will WAKE UP feeling refreshed like never before! The Etxeko Restaurant is something else. I enjoyed the tasting menu which was heavenly in its taste and presentation. The service was first class - Attentive, professional, classy, kind, attentive, knowledgeable et al. There’s an outside area to eat and the sea-view is breathtaking. Inside the restaurant, the decor, scent and furnishings are stunning. On my last night I walked up one floor, where I stepped into the a rooftop bar like no other I have seen. The views, seating and decor is out of this world.

There was nothing to dislike.
