staff were unbelievable, literally couldn't do enough for you every single moment of the day. The buffet breakfast was excellent and catered to all tastes and the room was comfortable.

The photos made it look like the pool was almost on the edge of the beach, but this isn't quite the case. Initially i was disappointed but the general facilities and the staff being so good more than made up for this.

Had never been to Ibiza before so was unsure what to expect - probably a basic hotel for party goers - but we arrived to a beautiful place with the most friendly staff. Clean, well organised, friendly, on the beachfront - couldn’t ask for more really. Even though we weren’t all inclusive, we were treated the exact same. Highly recommend.

Looked gorgeous, well kept, beautiful pool, stunning views, great costal walks with beach restaurants and bars, amazing choice of meals in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner, bars, spa….so much to praise but most of all….the staff made our stay!

Very nice hotel in quiet location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, breakfast variety was standard. Rooftop area with the pool was beautiful.

Hotel is not transparent about Star Prestige package. You get access to the rooftop, however there is no information about limited times for food (every day only for 2 hours from 10-12 and 16-18, besides these times food is taken away). Alcohol is only available from 10-19, after 7pm they take also take it away. If you're not planning to just sit in the hotel all day, it is not really worth the price.

Elevators took a while - we often took the stairs but would be difficult for anyone on an upper level or in need of wheelchair access Taxis around 6pm were also difficult due to Nikki Beach being so close - just something you need to plan around Live musician at breakfast on the patio was VERY loud - it also deterred a lot of guest (they would walk out, hear the music and walk back in) Air conditioning didn't blow us away (no pun intended)

1-Bedroom: Mine was a double bedroom and a noisy one at specific hours. I could hear the beeping of the buses when they were reversing so that they could rejoin the road, both in the morning (4:30 a.m.) and afternoons (16:00-18:00 pm). 2-VIP day pass: the cost of this depends on your room category and you pay the difference. In my humble opinion, the price was ridiculously excessive for a rooftop in Santa Eulalia-it costs the same as an Ushuaia experience (105€), which I personally prefer. It’s clearly up to one’s taste and willingness to where to spend their money.

Food choice was excellent and entertainment superb. Daily activities and free drinks were vey much appreciated. The relative quietness of the hotel surpassed our expectations especially for Ibiza. All the staff were proactively friendly and helpful. Hats off to Raul and Danielle. Room was well equipped and sea view balcony worth the extra cost.

Ice machine on floor for room drinks......so hot! Tea/Coffee facility. (minor) Shuttle bus for down town and airport ( Could be shared with other hotels to lower cost) Taxi service other than airport extremely un reliable - Taxi one evening was 1 hour 10 minutes late!

Staff were lovely, bubbles on arrival added to holiday feel, nice touch! Lovely quiet beach which we used every day. Room clean. We did not have a sea view, yet we could see the beach from balcony. Prefect location for Nikki beach club, which is a 2 minute walk.

Food options were poor at bar area, finding food near hotel was limited. Need a taxi to town or any other locations. Seemed like any location was a 20-30 min taxi. No mirror in many room, traveling with a group so when one person is using shower room you have to wait to get acces to mirror, suggest adding a mirror in bed room area.

Fantastic check in so welcoming. welcome drink on arrival and everyone smiling. lady playing cello at breakfast was amazing n such a nice touch. breakfast selection was second to non. extensive and fresh selection. Lovely atmosphere. loved the Paella selection and free Sangria around the pool also loved the aqua aerobics. The guy who does this is lovely . Very friendly and very funny. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. The maids are so happy and friendly. great location next to Nikki Beach and Me Hotel. i used both. lovely coastal walks and code to a great beach with restaurants. Hippy Bar and Hippy market are in short walking distance. The girls at the Hippy Bar really looked after me. There is also a good supermarket next to the hotel. The room had a great view and i love the singers in the evening. Taxi ride was 8 euros to Santa Eulailia. can't wait for another visit. oh and not to mention the gorgeous coffe and milder ed to your table in large silver pots. No horrible Coffee machines that taste like water. keep up the good work and thank you for an amazing stay.

great choice of healthy food. Many local specialties that we love, ham, sobresada, cheese in oil. Very friendly staff on the terrace serving coffee all the time and cleaning the tables continually. In the afternoon all the time the staff offers free drinks and other goodies like ice cream. Each afternoon a free course to make local cocktails and other drinks. Big room with low noise but efficient Air Condition. The long pool is great for swimming for some time in the morning. We love the additional sun beds under the pine trees. Now there are more than enough parking places around the hotel.
