The best hotel, The staff Is Wonderfull,great locatie, clean, good breakfast (thanks to live-cook Jozef), beautiful, nice place.

I have had an unpleasant expereince with the assistent experience manager. She is the only person in the hotel who is rude to guest's and co-workers. I come to ME hotel for about 8 years know and one of the unique selling points is the Aerial Yoga. Until know this was daily available. And this year only 3 time 's a week, so if you are there one the wrong days, you have no yoga. There was also normal yoga, and know they changed the program, and for me personal that is not a improvement.

Friendly staff, plenty of sun beds, WiFi all over the area, huge and healthy breakfast. Good gym and nice DJ sets during the day

Drinks are quite expensive, 20 Euro / cocktail. 10 Euro for a bottle of water at the pool is unnecessary. Water should always be free (as it is in the rooms and in the gym!!!).

modern, nice layout, good pools including rooftop pool bar, two beach options. some external unconnected beach restaurants nearby made exceptional daytime seafood meals. the staff were without exception, outstanding, warm, friendly and professional. each staff member seemed to own any issue and quickly resolve. they were also very gracious with us on an extended checkout.

it’s quite remote, in a residential area and we found taxis unpredictable and not easy to get. the hotel extras like drinks are expensive, beer around €10 and worse, simple cocktails (€20 each??) mean you will run up a huge bill if you are here with friends and family. the remote location offers few alternatives for an evening drink. the shrug of the shoulder ‘it’s Ibiza’ doesn’t justify what in some cases is just opening a bottle. it shouldn’t be more expensive here than Mayfair in London! We found other premium marina and city locations were 50% price of the hotel. we also had unexplained charges added to our bill since we left. the high charges took the shine off our break.

The hotel room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.

Overall the staff were great but on occasion very slow. We tried to eat dinner one evening and had actually got our bags and booked a taxi to town before even a drinks order was taken. Above the bed was some sort of motion sensor and smoke detector both blinked all night. Slightly annoying when struggling to sleep. The hotel is reassuringly expensive. €10 for a glass of beer or €25 for a gin and tonic. Literally half the price elsewhere. Spa was good but the lady who did my treatment was fierce. It felt more like a work out than a relaxing treat. The pools are cold! Not an issue for us but always think it’s good to warn people so they don’t expect to spend the day in there! No balconies on most of the rooms is a real shame.

We had a fantastic stay, staff are incredible friendly offering great customer service and valley parking. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Breakfast is brilliant, buffets arnt normally great but this was an exception. The hotel has tones of facilities and is beautifully decorated throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

Food could be improved (aside from breakfast), pastas for lunch we very average and dinner was very expensive for small portions and nothing exceptional. €40 for 2 thin strips of beef and a table spoon of mash is crazy. Need to have at least one heated pool, the main pool is almost always covered in the shade and the hot tubs on the roof are cold. We were staying in a relatively quiet period but the walls seem pretty thing and you can hear a lot from the halls.

Everything! The relaxed can do attitude of the staff cannot be underestimated and (in our view) is exceptional. The staff meet your eye and want to help with whatever you need. They all work so hard to ensure your stay is memorable…..and that you’ll want to come back! They also look fab in their white clothing! The setting, views, bright airy atmosphere, bars, roof top for sunbathing and dining. All make this the perfect place for rest and relaxation. You can be as elegant or casual as you like. Enjoy the music and chill. Get the shuttle bus to Santa Eulalia town in the evening or wander down to the next little cove/ beach for dinner next to the moonlit sea only metres from you.

The journey there - an early afternoon flight from Manchester was awful from the miserable terminal -to the flight itself. The terminal is basically a pub with all day drinking and nothing else ….not even a decent newspaper for the flight. The flight was traumatic due to the disgraceful behaviour of the partying passengers. The situation seemed dangerous as air staff could not control anyone. The police met the flight on arrival meaning we all had to stay on board whilst they made arrests and dealt with the mob. We arrived shocked, deafened and dreading what was ahead of us. Thankfully the minute we stepped into the ME hotel our worries we’re left outside. Two cavas helped and of course the staff mopping our fevered brows!

Breakfast excellent pool amazing but this kind of hotels should be adults only. There were a group of teenagers screaming in the pool and bothering the peace of the place that you look for when you go into a kind of hotel like this one. Also babies crying.... it is the 2nd time I come here and never found that.... don't think it is a place to have kids. Nobody at the hotel or even therir parents were telling them to shut up and behave like the place deserves, except the life ward of the pool that did an extremelly good job tlaking to them...but they were not caring at all

Breakfast was really good. So much choice, fresh and delicious. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The consierge/valet parking team were next level helpful. They asked politely each day our plans and then added heaps of helpful tips and advice of how to get there, where to park, where to eat, what time was the best time to visit the attractions and if there was anywhere else they suggested.

Sometimes the music close to the main pool was a bit loud for us, but that didn’t really matter as there is another pool on the roof top if you want a view, and also a very tranquil quiet pool area in the wellness spa section. So much choice ☺️

The pool area and hotel facilities and high standard as expected. The pool service and bar service was excellent. Staff were really friendly though bar and restaurant service in the evening was a little slower than preferred. We did Anti Gravity Yoga which was an amazing experience and Sonia Pettit was an incredible teacher. Fantastic experience.

The menus were limited and rather interesting combinations of food, for both the lunch and dinner options. Good be improved.

As soon as we opened the door of our taxi and greeted by our porter, our stay at ME exceeded our expectations. From a delightful check-in accompanied by complimentary drinks, through to a wide-ranging breakfast, chilled out Balaeric vibes by the pool and romantic walks to neighbouring areas, it all seems like a dream to us espeically as the wind howled when we touched down back in Dublin. Be sure to get a seaview room - unbeatable.

There was very little to fault as ME proved to be exactly what we had wanted. Poolside treats are on the expensive side (€6.50 for a fizzy drink), and so as a young couple on the far side of a 10 day trip we had to stock up on supplies! An influx of a wedding group also meant that it may have been a little louder at nighttime than usual but seemed to be well controlled. Would be interesting to see what it is like at the height of summer.
