The location of the hotel was excellent. The plaza Arenal, Calle Larga (shopping) and lots of restaurants are within 5 min walk. The Cathedral, Alcazar and Bodega Tio Pepe are less than 10 mins walk. Train station 10 mins. The suite was large, very clean and had an excellent shower system. The hotel itself is an old palace and is nicely decorated. The receptionists were all attentive, especially the male receptionist (sorry forgot his name) during the day who helped us rent a car and recommended places to eat and visit.

The continental breakfast was a little poor given the quality of the hotel.

The spotless room; the wooden floors, the white bed linen, everything! The room is spacious and very comfy. The bathroom/wc are separated by a wall fully furnished, very much appreciated. Our room was facing the main street (no noise) with two balconies, gorgeous view on the orange trees. The personnel, Pablo was very welcoming and friendly. The building has been totally renovated.

our only regret was that our stay was too short!

The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pablo, Sandra, and Nazarez were delightful. We miss them, frankly. The room was fabulous, the hotel is exceedingly quiet, neatly furnished. A class act. The location was wonderful for us - an easy walk to many sites, restaurants, shopping, even bodegas. Highly recommended property.

I loved how open the suite felt. Not once did I feel cramped. The woman at the front desk was always beyond helpful and spoke english which made the check in process much smoother in our case. The whirlpool hot tub was fantastic and was absolutely the cherry ontop for the stay.

Altho I loved the shower itself it did only stay at the temperature of lobster boil the majority of the time. Probably an easy adjustment overall so not really A big down check in my mind.

The hotel is beautiful. Bedrooms are large and beds comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I am wondering if this isn't the best hotel in Jerez.

I have to say that the experience was great.

The hotel is gorgeous - just renovated, all new, with beautiful decor and a mix of old and new. Very tasteful with art (paintings and sculptures from a private collection). The room is large with nice furniture - parquet and the smell of wood floors, high celings, very modern and quiet A/C, huge TV, shower is great and large. Municipal parking 5 minute walk. Very central location while being quiet.

No left luggage facility.

There was no sitting area and no desk or convenient place to use my computer and write notes, etc.

The location is fantastic and the style spaciousness clean and nicely decirated. Staff was very helpful. The carpark is only 5 mins walking distance. It is at the heart of the old town. We loved it ❣️

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enormous room. Most comfortable bed. So well located - including for bus to La Feria

The kindness of rhe staff, made the very best to help also they spoke perfect English. Cherry on the top was the breakfast. The room is huge, super comfortable, modern design and comfortable
