Lovely well equipped apartment and view of the lovely pool. Very Spanish flavour to the accommodation (authentic). Air conditioning very effective. It was quietly situated and easy to get to and from places of interest.

More English teabags! Also the floor level in the bedroom changed imperceptibly and I fell down the step when first entering the apartment. The wooden floors were not demarcated to show a step down.

Clean, quiet, very spacious. No problem with wifi. Water pressure good. Bed comfortable. At first I thought the location was too far from the feria (half hour walk), but driving was fine. The little pool was nice. We really did not have any trouble other than a few quirks in the room. Staff was helpful and fantastic.

Staff were fantastic, when you could find them. Unfortunately there did not seem to be set hours for a live body on premises, or an advertised method to contact anyone. There are only about 9 rooms, so I understand the staffing decision. We had a few issues, like the cooktop was locked and the shower water was too hot, that would have been better if we could have gotten immediate help. No parking.

The property is a lovely vintage building in the local style which has been exquisitely maintained. The apartment is well appointed with modern facilities, and is very comfortable with lots of space. The free standing bath was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. It is located only a short walk from the city centre, so it is well placed for exploring all of the main attractions. Elena as the host is also fantastic at being helpful, providing advice, and generally making your time there as easy and simple as possible which is exactly what you want.

apartments are clean and nicely furnished with a boutique pool area which is small but very peaceful and nicely kept. location is ideal for walking into old town centre where restaurants bars etc are. there is a lively cafe called Cafe Moka just over the road about 100 yards on which was great for breakfast and staff are super friendly. staff at apartments are friendly and helpful and any problems quickly sorted. we had a leak in the room on our first day but this was sorted immediately and did not happen again

we were a group party and had 4 of the rooms. three of these had showers which are actually in the bedroom with no privacy whatsoever. this is fine if staying as a couple (maybe!) but could be very awkward otherwise! this is not made clear when booking. one room had a separate bathroom which was nicely furnished but incredibly small. staff were helpful and friendly but be aware there is nobody on site most of the time.

This is a beautifully redesigned and repurposed building in the historic center, very well done. I truly liked everything. The modern design with the historic layout inside with the patio and pool makes for a a great contrast. The room itself was really big, well equipped. The bathroom is really nice. The checkin and out was a breeze. Loved it. Its also midway between the center and the train station, so location is very convenient.

That our stay was too short... Honestly you cannot go wrong with this one.

Property was close to train station and Jerez centre. The suites have modern tasteful furnishings and were quiet and peaceful. Pool area very peaceful as there are rules re no music and being respectful others - more a chilling area. The bed and pillows comfortable. All areas were spotlessly clean. Great little kitchenette with coffee machine, utensils, pots, pans and crockery. This is not a hotel and so there is not a 24/7 reception but have contact details. Communication between them and us was excellent before and during especially as we wanted an earlier check in. All staff very friendly.

The suites are not for a long stay as there is no wardrobe or drawers to put your clothes- an extremely small hanging space with 4 hangers is not enough. No where to put suitcases. The air con unit was good but due to room configuration did not really reach the bedroom area - probably needs another seperate small unit there. Great coffee machine but no kettle and so as tea drinkers we gad to boil a pan - no big deal but it’s these smaller touches which would increase my score. There was no iron but I did not ask for one so don’t know if available.

New and modern; great location; quiet, set back from main street; very helpful, responsive staff; excellent cleaning service every three days for longer stays.

Some design problems: recessed lighting over bathroom sink too faint to be effective; shower stall needs sliding door as water gets everywhere if not careful; apartment needs more hooks for hanging articles.

Very nice apartment with all you need for your stay. Heating available at main room. Modern, robust, no wind coming through the door or windows. Nice comfortable light setup. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back!

The bathroom had been very cold as there is no heating. In summer for sure comfortable, but if cold days something should be placed. I could handle it.

Nice & clean room. Pool area nice to relax around when back from sightseeing. Helpful staff, let us leave our bags as we’d arrived early from Cadiz. Great communication from owners. Ideal location for walking there from train/bus station & about a 10 min walk into the old town.

Shower didn’t drain very well so floor got wet!
