Ibis Jerez De La Frontera Cadiz

The staff were outstanding, cheerful, polite and extremely helpful. the room was spotless and everything worked perfectly. The restaurant is adequate and the service fine but I wouldn’t choose to eat there other than when very hungry and too tired to venture out. It was so good to be so close to the golf course (Sherry Golf Jerez) which was the reason for my trip and only 4 mins from the hotel on the back roads!!!

The hotel is small and cosy, the pool was open -it was really good in the hot waether, the staff were verz friendly and helpful to us and to our dog. YOu can walk easily into the Old Town of Jerez. Nice hotel, we will definately repeat when in Jerez again. The pool is surrounded bz Jasmine Plants - it smells like heaven!

Probably the best 1* hotel I have ever been. Ample room, ample bathroom, great TV, nice swimming pool and recreational areas. Staff super kind and perfect cleanliness.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of Jerez de la Frontera. It's a 20 min walk to the center through a not very nice area but it's fine. Still, it's a perfect location if you want to go to Cádiz and the coast since it's close to the highway. With respect to the hotel itself, I think that the breakfast is a bit too pricey. We were travelling with a dog and there was a supplement of 10€/night.

The food was amazing! The pool and the outside area was lovely. Room comfortable and clean.

Being a bit picky here, but as a disabled person the loo was too low and too close to the wall. The hand bar could also do with being moved a little way infront of the loo to make it easier to use.

A good idea for those who want to spend some time in Jerez with a low budget and enjoying also the possibility to go to the beach in Cadiz (20 minutes by car). Near supermarkets and fat food meals (walking distance within), also good access by car to the highway, and not far at all from the most interesting spots, like the cathedral, alcazar or wine shops and its wineries. Parking for free. The cleanliness of the room was spotless, the bed very confortable, reliable wifi speed, cozy and pratical bathroom and good window soundproof and blackout. AC was OK. Smooth check-in and out. Checkout at 12h? Always a good idea. Recommended.

The room finishes quality are dated already and the room had a slight tobacco smell when arrived. You can hear people waking and chatting on the hallway easily. We didn't had any issue regarding noise, but everyone that passed in the hallway, we were able to listen. Although, these topics, weren't enough to consider them as a huge problem, but it could gave been better.

Good basic clean hotel. Staff extremely helpful, comfortable beds. Nice bonus of having a swimming pool.

The location of hotel was a little away from center but could walk or catch a bus which was not too far away.

The room size was okay with a very comfortable bed, the pillows were a little firm for us. The shower was nice. No problems with the internet.

This had nothing to do with the hotel but the building work next door was a nuisance. They were putting in concrete posts, so a loud banging noise could be heard for 10 hours from 8.30am

more covenient than I thought. I could nip round the ring road and walk into the centre easily. The parking was great, the cinema next door also good. I like the lobby bar.

Somewhat bland, the breakfast expensive.

Good location and easy access. Good price value. Employers very friendly and helpfull.

The shower had already some mold marks Missing some scrambled eggs on breakfast

Easy access. Free parking. Comfortable room. Food good. Pool was great. Staff, without exception, we’re all welcoming, friendly and very attentive.
