The hotel is modern, clean, and well maintained by very friendly staff. The room is simple but perfect for someone travelling for work or for a short trip to Las Rozas. The bathroom in particular was very nice with a great shower. The breakfast was also tasty and, being available from 6am, was ideal if you are waking up early to commute. In terms of value for money this is a very good option. Very easy to travel to Madrid by train from this hotel, as the nearest train station is a 5 minute walk.

The location, while near to a shopping centre and train station, is a little remote (on the side of a motorway) however if you have a car or are comfortable with public transport this will not be an issue. The room has no fridge or safe. The WiFi could be a little tricky and often required some connecting/disconnecting in order for it to work.

Reception staff were excellent. Room very clean and spacious. Good stop over.

No restaurant open in the evening, but I believe it was opening the day we left. We tried Heron City for restaurants but because we had a dog, even in the outdoor area we were told by security staff we couldnt be there with a dog. So the hotel restaurant not being open was a problem for us. This wouldnt stop me staying again though, as everything else was excellent, you just need to plan where you eat if you have a dog.

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful! The location is not of my favorite however, it was seven minutes away from the outlets, and that was the purpose of our trip. The room was a pretty good size. The breakfast was OK nothing to die for. behind the hotel, it’s a walk path to the train station, which takes five minutes walking. do you only food around that area is franchise.

Not much to do besides the outlets

I love the room, very spacious and clean. I like how they provide hot drinks/water dispensers 24h. Staff is friendly. Location really close to the premium outlet La Rosaz Village. 15 mins walk to the train station. And there is a carrefour very close and restaurants.

Can be dark on the way to the hotel at night. Might need a bigger/more obvious sign to lead the way.

Spacious room, good shower, very clean, hotel mostly quiet, good choice of food at breakfast, reception staff very friendly and helpful, spoke English. Hotel close to train station and bus routes, taxi we ordered via reception was great and arrived very punctually, overall decent value for money

One of our near neighbours on the first night was smoking in their room and we had to shut off air conditioning and open the window to clear the air. They also held loud conversations and we could hear them very clearly.in the early morning.

Location: it's very comfortable to take a train at the station 7 minutes away from the hotel to get right to the city center. And I like the landscape. Everything's green around, and smells good with the trees.

Everything's good, but always dirty cups laying in the coffee zone. The rooms are very dark!

Very quiet and cozy, excellent service from the staff, clean rooms and comfortable bathrooms, with a nice breakfast buffet. Expect Spanish-style breakfast, though! Within walking distance from Carrefour hypermarket and Pinar de las Rozas train station and Regional bus lines. If you have business around Las Rozas, this is a great place to stay!

The rooms need a little bit of maintenance, and the bathrooms as well. Otherwise, a very nice stay.

Modern, good furniture, attentive staff, free parking. Comfortable bed, good internet.

Some more attention to details for cleaning is needed. Shower only has a glass wall, that leave water leacking. Kind of remote location - car is really needed

Secure parking for a VW Campervan. Staff friendly. Room and bed a good size. Convenient location to train station and access to Madrid centre. convenient to Heron City. The evening food menu was limited but excellent quality.

Poor breakfast.

Very clean, hospitable staff, 24/7 free coffee / hot chocolate, decent breakfast, nice showers, Carrefour mall within 4 min walk which has many eateries and can buy what you need. local train station just behind the hotel for light travellers.

WiFi was not good. didn’t work most of the time.
