We ate a few meals here and really liked the food and service from the staff. We stayed here again after this initial stay for another 3 days mostly because of the staff and also because weekend rates in Madrid were crazily high. The room size was very big and we had no problem with our 6 suitcases (some huge!) and 4 carry on bags. The room was clean and towels were great too. It’s near Tres Cantos train station and easy to go to central Madrid. We did the train to Charmatin Station and then changed to metro. Now that we’ve been here in Madrid for several weeks, I think the buses may have been quicker. There are supermarkets very close too if you’re wanting snacks or more. Tres Cantos is a quiet area & safe feeling area as well.

The air conditioning was necessary for our first couple of days and it wasn’t cold enough for us. (Runs colder in Japan maybe) It’s definitely a bit far from central Madrid but not crazy far. It’s noticeable if/when the trains are running late which happens more often than what we are used to coming from Japan.

This was a really nice clean comfortable hotel. Front desk staff were really nice and helpful, thank you very much! For example, I had an early flight and a really early good taxi was reserved for me smoothly. And cleaning staff nice also, with excellent service, the room was spacious and cleaning was done excellently. Internet was also good. There were also a great reasonable supermarket nearby at the station, and also nearer mart which was also quite useful. I was visiting friends so did not have the opportunity since eating with them, but the hotel restaurant looked very nice also with friendly atmosphere. Really nice and comfortable stay, thank you very much!

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious. Didn’t eat here but meet friends later at the bar for a drink and that was very good (nice white wine) Access to Wi-Fi really easy and straightforward. Love the built in usb ports for charging Lovely quiet road so noise was a minimum

The ac was a little clunky and worked well if you were right next to the unit. It wasn’t too much of a problem but as I couldn’t open any windows it took ages to cool the room down in the evening.

Breakfast is "simple" but has all the important items. Coffee could be better :) Staff is very very welcoming and nice. Cleaningness is flawless. A very good Gym on the next building. Very easy to get do madrid (by car, by bus or by train). Good and multiple supermarkets close by (Super cor at 100m and Mercadona at 300)

Everything was good. Magnetic room cards...stopped working 5-6 time in 3 days (both cards).

Arrived very early and was able to be given a room immediately. The staff were excellent on the reception desk. The breakfast was nice. The room was well situated and the beds were comfy. The room was well serviced and they were generous with towels.

The air conditioning was quite weak, and the corner beside it was filthy. I found it a bit weird that we were provided only with duvets to sleep under for such a hot place, and had to specially request loose sheets for comfort. We also didn't have a "do nt disturb" door handle sign on arrival so my room mate got interrupted whilst asleep. I only found the hotel information on the tv at about Day 4 because i happened to explore what was on channel 1. Even a sign to say "choose channel 1" would have been helpful. Likewise, I think an info sheet to let travellers know you could watch things in English would have been really helpful. I only discovered this when messing around with the remote and happened to know the right Spanish word for "language".

We wanted to be in Tres Cantos for a few nights to be near family, so the location was really convenient (and it's also really close to the cercanias train station and a Mercadona supermarket). It was nice they had a room that could accomodate a family of four (in other hotels in 3C, we would've had to reserve two rooms). The breakfast was a good deal for 6 euros, and had a good variety--nice bread rolls and some ham/cheese etc. along with cereals and fruit and juice. There was also a machine for hot beverages that was pretty good. The croissants etc. didn't look as good as you would get in a bakery or cafeteria, but there were plenty of other options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Even though it was great they had a room for four, two of us (the parents) had the sofabed, which wasn't as comfortable as a normal bed would be. There was enough space to have two full size beds in the room, so it would be great to have that option in the future.

The personell was great. Rooms fine, everything you need and clean. We could connect by car to Madrid easily.

The rooms where close but not next to eachother. One of the rooms was next to the boiler house, what gives a buzzing sound, not hard but I am sensitive to these sounds. The super friendly personell want to helpe us but then we had to move and we would loose the rooms close to eachother. Coffee must improve, nice breakfast deserves good coffee! Did manage to get the heather working..

The room is amazing, price/quality compared is amazing. You get so much space and extras to be used. It feels like you got the wrong room for what you ordered.

The location is maybe not the best in tres cantos, but worth it none the less. It's a business area, so the view is not why you are there. But it is recommended to stay!

Tres Cantos is a very comfortable town north of Madrid, 15 min drive away. The town has plenty of public spaces, many play grounds for kids, rich in dining spots. It looks like IT hub, with many companies, campuses and young population. The hotel has free parking, the place around is safe. It is ran down a bit and requires a new breathing, but overall there are no major flaws and the best it can offer - value for its money.

The bathroom tap was hard to handle, the breakfast was the same every day, the milk in the coffee machine had loads of sugar, mugs too small, the breakfast personnel not speaking English well
