It's a lovely space. Staff were wonderful.

It's 22klm out of Madrid, not the 3.8miles from the centre as advised by booking.com It shouldn't show up on a search for Madrid. Bit of a longer & difficult walk to the train station than expected. Construction blocking one of the paths. However, Uber to station only €4.50. The Hotel advertises 4 types of Pizzas available on Menu, but for the 9 days we were there, they only had one type available. Also the sandwich fridge wasn't restocked often, so choice reduced...

the staff reception is very kind and helpful. They helping with every need that as come. very nice.

taxis. bus or train are not near the hotel. which makes leaving the hotel for the city or anything else (tourism for example) complicated, it takes a lot of time if you don't have your own car.

Big clean rooms, with nice bathroom and big comfy bed. Lovely warm welcoming staff

Sadly becuse of building works no breakfast buffet but we were given picnic bags. The location is a bit in the middle of no where

Clean basic room as expected, good value for a short stay.

The location is in s commercial zone and a beautiful residential zone. Options for eating locally limited on a sunday but there is a bar and restuarant within 2 min walk of hotel. This is not a dislike just an observation..

Having the availability of a frozen pizza was good as no nearby food outlet. Breakfast was good free flow hot drinks amazing after a day of driving

Big room and bed, decent breakfast though not too mauch variety. Proximity to my destiny. Staff gave me finally a good solution for the availability of parking inside the hotel.

Some misunderstood regarding the availability of parking. After talking to the receptionist I was told to be able to have a parking with security supervision, but as we arrived too late, there were no empty space.

For two nights around midnight there were some disturbing noise from other guests preventing me to sleep but I don’t know what they were doing. :D

Everything was top class, the breakfast, tea and coffee facilities 24hrs and the staff are very professional, welcoming, all the staff are wonderful but Judit and the cleaning ladies are the best, they make your stay even more pleasant!

Nothing bad to say.

Bedroom and WC facilities very spacious. The dinner service had a limited menu but the service was very quick. Breakfast had an assorted choice of itens and it was good.

Very small lift, almost could not fit 2 people with their luggage.

Room was clean and good size - ac worked well and was quiet - near to area we could exercise our dog - near to a few restaurants and bars - particularly liked the free tea/coffee facilities in the BB Hotel
