Very Nice Hotel! Room with a large terrace. Parking is a 4-minute walk from the hotel. From the Hotel to the beach, you pass through the center, so it's not boring, and the beach is not far, even if it seems. After Check out you have a storage room and a shower, also they give us couple of hours more for parking without charge. Really nice and helpful staff. Room was clean and for breakfast a lot of different food.

Staff was very friendly, food was delicious, and location is super. There's a small super market right seeing the corner and the hotel has a small convenience store attached to it as well. It's about a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal and a quiet walk to the beach. There's a mini fridge which is always wonderful to have.

The bathroom has a urinal odor and the beds weren't the most comfortable. Covers had a cigarette hole burnt through and the room felt a bit stuffy at times. Wish there were more than 5 dumbbells of the same weight in the gym.

Very modern and amazing decor in reception and bar area and superior rooms were lovely. English cleaner on floor 2 was so friendly too :). Most reception staff nice too

Most bar staff rude and didn’t speak any English. Our friends stayed in the standard rooms and they are extremely standard, massive difference between standard and superior, but you get what you pay for I guess. Also the beds around the pool are very minimal which is a shame, as it’s quite a large hotel so you’d expect more to cater for guests - should get rid of more tables and chairs and replace with more sun beds!

The hotel certainly took their breakfast offering seriously. There was a rich blend of traditional choices, from the well-loved cereals and pastries to hearty main dishes. Everything was displayed in an inviting manner and you could taste the freshness in each bite. The meticulousness in preparation was evident and it turned breakfast into something to look forward to every morning. However, beyond the delightful breakfast spread, it was the people that truly made the stay shine. The warmth from the receptionists greeting you at the start of the day to the dedicated chefs ensuring every dish was perfect was palpable. Their combination of professionalism and genuine care elevated the experience. It was evident that the entire team was deeply invested in making sure every guest had a remarkable and comfortable stay.

The staff were very friendly, location is great with lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance from the city centre, beach and bus station which is a big plus. Breakfast was lovely with a large selection of food to choose from. The room was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool, the water was very pleasant and clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and we'll definitely come back.

My stay in the hotel was unforgettable. The hotel staff was very friendly. Reception, restaurant, maids were doing their job one hundred percent. The location of the hotel is also very comfortable. The hotel is located near the bus station and beach. Almost in the centre of the city Lloret.

Nothing not to like. Had a really good mini break at the location. As stated previously we would definetly return to this location and are thinking about booking again for next year

Rooms very spacious. Very comfortable bed. Good inclusive breakfast. Bar and seating area excellent. We were able to get food at most times when restaurant was not open. Plenty of lounges around the pool. Parking was a safe underground car park, 500mtr from hotel. At 15euro a day. Very helpful staff.

All was fine, for the first 5days. Then rugby teams arrived. Not a problem most of the time. But at breakfast the noise was vibrating our ears. And it also stopped us eating in the restaurant during the evening.

Recently reformed hotel downstairs area felt like a boutique hotel. Nice swimming pool area lots of plants. Staff very helpful. Will definitely go back

We could not use the pool and the sun loungers as too many children we paying like it was agua land Same with the jacuzzi. Maybe the hotel could implement some quit times. First night we had half board, which is a good price deal. The food was not to my liking. The selection was cheap and I believe with what was given, the chef did not bother to put flavour in it. Second night we ate outside of for dinner. Breakfast buffet was okey, no complaints The staff was helpful and friendly. Some of the rooms still not reformed., Hopefully soon .

Large, modern, clean reception/ lounge area. Hotel definitely looks more modern and well kept compared to others in the area. Pool was great, it was fairly quiet with available loungers, and a good bar area where the staff are happy to bring your drinks over. Room was pretty standard - happy for what I paid. Breakfast was included and was great! Loads available including omelettes made to order 😀

There was a problem with the key cards not working. Had to try several times each time to access the room. Bit annoying and the reception didnt let us know even though they were aware of the issue.
