Absolutely top room service. Perfectly clean and comfortable rooms. We had family suite with 2 separate bedrooms which is more than good for 3 persons stay. Great variety of meal selection at breakfasts and dinners. You do not need to look for anything outside the hotel.
Quite loud during the night due to the nature of the city and hotel location. Various places in the hotel are not accepting children ( SPA, indoor pool, restaurant and pool at the top floor ). Anyway hotel itself is children friendly and we had great entertainment for our son during last days.

Breakfast = Excellent, fresh fruit plentiful and pastries freshly baked. Recommend utilisng the chef for fresh eggs or omlettes. Location = Close enough to the town centre etc. Hotel facilities being new are excellent, sunbeds, rooftop day beds etc. Toilets very clean.
Coffee Pods in the room being replaced on a daily basis.

The hotel is very clean, fresh, and modern. Every area in the hotel felt like it was looked after and the bedrooms were just as good. Our room had plenty of storage space, a great rainfall shower, a wonderful balcony, and a comfortable, large bed. It felt very safe and the staff were really helpful. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, sweet and savoury. We didn’t eat at the hotel for dinner so cannot comment. The best part of the whole hotel was having an adult only terrace, where there was a stunning bar, amazing infinity pool, and sun beds to lounge on. No matter what time we went to the terrace, there were always beds available.
The lift is a bit wobbly, but that’s a very small issue. The food and drink on the terrace was a little pricey, but that’s sort of expected for a rooftop bar. Lastly, the location wasn’t bad at all, with a 5-10 minute walk to the promenade, however, it is a negative point, as sometimes it was a faff walking back and forth. This absolutely shouldn’t put you off booking though, if you are happy to walk around.

Excellent hotel, new facilities, exceptional service. Good location at a walking distance to the central beach of Lloret, right across from the bus station, which was convenient. Eric and Raimon at reception were super helpful and friendly with all my queries. I also recommend a spa. Fantastic spa facilities and a full body massage at a reasonable rate. The hotel’s spacious so even when fully booked, you don’t get the feeling of being somewhere overcrowded. Tea and coffee in the room upon arrival was a nice compliment. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families and couples.

Amazing modern hotel! It’s leaps ahead from all the other accommodations in the area. Great if you are with family. We had 3 rooms and the ages varied and offered something for everyone A great hotel choice as well if you are traveling from Barcelona city by bus as the bus station is over the road. Amazing staff, very welcoming and helpful
The location is a few blocks away from the beach but because the town is so small, it’s really not too far at all, so should not be a problem. We found the breakfast to be a bit overwhelming especially if you have kids but still good value for money if you enjoy a good buffet

I got an upgrade which made my stay even more confortable. The food is great, both at breakfast and dinner. Activities for kids were also very nice. I wish they were more activities outside.
Small things: it would be nice to have towels that can be taken to the beach, more kids activities outside.
