I would come to this hotel again because of Christian. This hotel greatly depends on Christian being there to take care of the guests. Always helpful. It’s in a great location, has parking, the rooms are clean and have comfortable beds.

In the area, there are often issues that guests must overlook. The blinds did not cover the window, weak water pressure, three hangers in the closet. Nothing horrible, just annoying.

Very friendly and welcoming (thank you Christian). Good parking inside and outside (rates are reasonable for Lloret). Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and good quality.

Not the properties fault but some guests seem intent on breaking things. We appreciated the situation and agree that careless people are everywhere and not specific to the Acacia

All was great, staff very friendly, Breakfast was levish and well organised by the chef, and great about of variety. 10/10 for the chef 👩‍🍳 !!! Location is perfect 5 min walk to the sea. And also close to the center city!!

Tea cattle missing, we missed this a lot.

Staff were very attentive and friendly, even wishing my mum a happy birthday without any prompting. Breakfast was really good and it was a few minutes walk from the beach.

The small plunge pool, spa and gym come at a fee.

LOVED this stay! Amazing manager who was more than accommodating, excellent room and amenities. Great breakfast! I would highly recommend staying here!

Extremely helpful staff. People at reception desk made my check-in really comfortable. They are very helpful (thank you Christian for all your help and also to your colleagues). Breakfast buffet looks perfectly, huge variety of foods. The hotel is very clean, they take care about cleanliness a lot. There is disinfection gel on each floor and also in the bar, they are always filled up, they have never been empty. There is a little, but comfortable gym (approx. 30-40 m2 with basic equipment), which must be booked in advance, e.g. for 1 hour or 2 hours (max 1 household at the same time, due to Covid).

The rooms were good and better than advertised, the location was fantastic, and the staff was great.

The pool could have been cleaner.

Property was clean and close to the beach with reasonable facilities. breakfast was a miss for us but everything else was perfect!

Rooms look old fashioned and quite dark. Noise can be heard easily from other rooms

The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a good-sized balcony. Everywhere was clean and hygienic. The Spa was exceptional, and so nice it could be booked exclusively. The breakfast included was first class

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room The only bin was in the bathroom, a waste paper basket would have been useful
