We spent 12 nights at the Panoramica Garden Hotel. The personnel was great, very friendly and helpful, positive people with a good vibe, great choice for reception front desk! The room was spotless, cleaning ladies are also doing a great job, they were also very friendly and nice. We loved that our room had a balcony and had an amazing lateral view to both mountain and ocean. Breakfast was also good, would have been even better if we could get more vegetables and variety of cheese and fruits, but all in one it was good. The hotel is located close to Puerto de la Cruz so you can easily go there for dinner and shopping. There are also some good restaurants nearby the hotel.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the views unparalleled. A very cheap bus ride from Puerto and the staff were lovely especially room cleaning and catering staff. If you want location, great nearby walks, clean rooms and beautiful views (mine was 180° which was wonderful) it's incredibly reasonable for the price.

The pool, although completely clear water clearly had not had the sides or bottom scrubbed as they were black with mould and it was filled with what I hoped was dragonfly larvae, so unfortunately this let the site down as I did pick it for the pool. I think the only real issue with this hotel is that they put the pool in the wrong place in the north against the tall hotel so it doesn't receive sun all day and therefore is not frequented by many. I could have also done with a light in my kitchen area as the lounge and bed lights did not reach far enough and made evening cooking difficult in a well stocked kitchenette.

Everything.. Read plenty of negative reviews online so was very circumspect about this booking but everything we experienced was on the contrary which left us with an overall excellent experience. Right from providing a sea view room on request to over all cleanliness, buffet (both breakfast and dinner), helpful reception and ability to do reservation with them (like Loro Parque) all added to the pleasant experience. The hotel is big so when it is fully occupied it causes some issues like Hotel Parking is full (but plenty of free parking available right outside), queues during dinner and breakfast (but the food options compensate for it), waiting time for elevator (staircase an alternative but not always convinient)

Some air conditioning in the room will help. We were there during Christmas and although the days were a pleasant 23 degrees .. in the night we felt a room heating would have been great

The decorations are quite old but overall everything was in good shape/condition. We slept very well, as it was really quiet during the nights, although a little bit less in the mornings cause we could have hear some noise from the other rooms. The room was clean at our arrival and it was cleaned on a daily basis. The food was nothing special and not too varied but for the price you pay, you can't expect more. The location is far from all the point of interest but if you have a car, the hotel is very easy to reach and the do have private parking (although I think it can get full pretty easily during high season). Last but not least, awesome view from the balcony, we were located at the 10th floor and ocean side.

Breakfast hours, they stpped the service at 10 am, that's way too early, especially when you are on holidays. They should out it at least until 11am.

Very quiet hotel, mostly elder German and English people here. They respect covid regulations, everything is clean and they plus points for a washing and drying machine. Washing costs 5 eur and you don't need detergent. Breakfast was nice. There is also a very good traditional Spanish restaurant around the corner.

Great place to stay in Tenerife with very accessible prices regarding breakfast and evening buffet. My wife also got her hair cut there and was fully happy with the service. We got the recommendation to do the Royal Dolfin Tour, which was a great experience.

The bed is not that comfortable, but considering price/value it is still good.

Great kitchen, compliment to chefs, and definitely staff doing their best to accommodate guest. Even it's in outskirts of Puerto Cruz, hotel provide several times a day the shuttle bus which takes you to center and back for free. A lot walking paths which lead to banana plantations or near by beaches. There's even athletic stadium near open for public 6 days a week, located in more Spanish vibe town, so definitely great if want void tourist crowd. Canarian food restaurant nearby which looks favourite for locals as saw often people waiting to get a place. Spotless clean in rooms, hopefully they keep it that way.

Maybe a bit outdated furniture, but definitely not worse have seen in Tenerife. Old style Spanish hotel style, maybe from late 90s. Sound isolation is not the best, as could hear neighbor talking.

Excellent mountain and even a piece of the ocean view! Extremely friendly and polite hotel staff. The pool is rather large for real swimming. The warm water supplied regularly.

The nearest comfortable beach is 20-25 minutes by walk. In Puerto de la Cruz.

For 60€ we got a room for one night with view to the mountains, swimming pool and 2 buffet breakfast. You can also get your bus ticket from the hotel to Puerto de la cruz refunded at the hotel which is great. Overall this is a great hotel quality/price wise.

More like a suggestion than a complain, it would be great to have more information about tours, or what to see in Tenerife / Puerto de la cruz. Also, having the possibility to lunch at the hotel or some light snacks at the pool would be a great way to cash in and leave the guests happy!

The hotel is clean and good looking. The room is cleaned every day. Beautiful view from the balcony Service very friendly. The food is very delicious.

Wifi is poor in the room. Works mainly on the balcony or pool.
