Great place and great value for money, would definitely recommend !! Tenerife is filled with large hotels and all-inclusive resorts etc. but this hotel/appartments is far away from all of that luckily.The environment is very calm and silent. Great mountain views. There is a lot of sightseeing/activities close by (if you have a car, in a radius of say 45 min drive) such as Mosca, beaches, Puerto de la cruz (10 min drive), cuevas negras etc. etc. The apartment was equipped with a nice kitchen, really good bed, proper bathroom. The swimming pool is nice and clean. There is a gym which has a lot of equipment and is open until late at night. Breakfast was included and was OUTSTANDING. Lots of choice, everything fresh. There was even vegan milk & yoghurt!

The kitchen is equipped but some basic stuff like salt, coffee/tea or oil are not provided. My room did not seem to be cleaned very well (there was stuff on the floor and hairs in multiple places), but it was not terribly gross or anything. There is not much to do on walking distance from the hotel. You'll need a car to get there. NOT close to the beach. However, the drive to this place was beautiful as you have to drive through the mountains. The furniture is not very comfortable (but the bed is!) to sit on (e.g. couch was very old you could feel the iron inside). The pool closes 6 pm, which seems quite early to me. Limited parking spaces, there is no other parking options nearby, the parking was full all the time whereas it was not high-season (hotel was not full).

more than a week's stay, it was hard to leave! Cleanliness, friendliness of all the staff, rich and varied breakfast, swimming pool and gym beautiful, very large common areas, bright, functional apartments with the minimum necessary to cook a few easy dishes. The hotel is located in a quiet village, 40 minutes walk, and 5 by bus, from Puerto de la cruz. Nearby, however, villages (toscal / Realejos) with everything (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies ...). It can also be a good starting point for several trails/senderos.

The wifi is good enough (but no more than 5 mbps in download) only in the common area and in some specific apartment, so if you need to work better to ask for one of the rooms closer to the hotspot. Anyway the staff is always very kind to solve any problems. The bus stop with the main lines is at the end of an "important" hill (10 minutes). In general I think the property is great for those who have a car, or for those who plan not to stray too far from the north coast (good point to visit from Icod de los vinos to puerto de la Cruz).

What a lovely hotel. Nothing was too much of a trouble for super helpful ladies at reception. We arrived just before 9pm (after dinner time, having paid for half board) and were kindly offered salad style dinner, very tasty. All staff at the hotel were very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Dining and sitting areas were nicely decorated clean and welcoming. Great lighting throughout the common areas. Heated pool was a great feature we looked forward to and weren't disappointed. We also used the gym. Food was amazing. Fried bananas with caramel sauce simply the best! However you need a car/taxi/bus to venture out anywhere. Must see Puerto de la Cruz nearby.

My only suggestion would be to update the pillows to softer and thinner.

it ticks all the boxes for practicality. it has good size pool and nice surroundings within hotel territory, 24 hour gym, large balcony, kitchenette, fridge, heatstove, wide sofa, double bed, good TV with Disney Channel! staff is friendly. Dinner and breakfast was good-nothing special, but for the price you pay it is an amazing value. I would stay there again as a family of three persons for a couple of days for sure. It feels more like a good hostel than hotel, thus I would not stay there long time, but for couple of days it is amazing.

It feels like hostel or pension. You can feel a strange smell inside the room.

We loved everything! The apartment was rater large and very practical with little kitchen with all the applianced that we could need. We had a very nice view. Food both for breakfast and dinner was served as buffet and was of very high quality, varied enough that we were excited for every meal there. Staff was very helpful and polite. Overall a great experience, we'd love to return!

The location of hotel in on a steep hill, which provides great mountain and ocean views. However, it was a little difficult being there with small kid. Initially we thought about renting bicycles and area is great for that, but definitely for experienced and very fit cyclist only (or with electric bikes). The closest beach took us 1h to get to walking with a child.

Room was spacious. Nice mountain view and balcony. Maybe it was of the proximity to the lounge room, but I had no issues with wifi.

Dinner and breakfast could have been better. Was looking for grilled cheese or aubergines, but I stayed only one night...

Great stay. I was looking for peace and that's what I found. The silence is broken only by the chirping of birds and the friendly talking of local goats. And at night by the frogs. Great white noises for good sleep. The hotel is perfectly located for hiking. Beautiful surroundings. The nearest viewpoint is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. In addition, a great room with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very clean. All staff very nice. I will definitely come back. Thank you ❤

Absolutely fantastic staff, great gym, nice rooms and beautiful location. Everything exceeded out expectations, we even decided to book the hotel for some more days. Quality for the price is excellent.

Breakfast and dinner could be slightly improved - sometimes food was not fresh (e.g. we got absolutely moldy tomato, stinky boiled egg, rotten plums and found potato peel in oat porridge). Also, during the breakfast they do not clean tables often, so sometimes it is difficult to find a place. But in general food and kitchen service is not too bad - there are enough good options. Also, when someone in the hotel smokes, the smell is everywhere.

The hotel complex is very big, but very comfortable. First time is may be difficult to find a way to your room, but then you know the way. The room is not actually a room, but the fully exuiped two-room apartment with bedroom, sitting-room, table area, kinchen, bathrom. In the apartmetn you have everything you may need (exept the tea kettle ;) It is well furnished (IKEA-style, btw the table was the same as I have in my office ;). The bed was very comfoкефидуб and the best pillow I ever slept (that was the only place were my neck didn't hurt after sleeping). Good spaciouse balcony (we had pool-view). The concept of the hotel is active travelling, that's why they have gym, open from morning till late evening. And the food is orientated on healthy way of leaving. May be it's not very diverse, but every day you can find something new. Everything is fresh and well-cooked. But on of the pleasant surprises was food decoration as in top-restaurans! Also they have very pleasant anв well-designed common areas (as reception with tea corner), TV/reading zone, gym. There are enough parking places close to the hotel.

Pictures on the page were not so good, as the hotel is in reality!! That's why i was a bit suspiciouse about this place, but the only inconveniece is that tea/coffeу set is placed at the reception, not in the room. Internet is activated in an odd way and only for 1 device per person. The rest was wonderfull!!! P.S. Pay attention that the beaches are rather far from the hotel (you have to walk long mountain way or drive about 5 km). The best beach in nearby is Playa del Socorro

All praise for this accommodation! The hotel staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are very large and comfortable. In the hotel, it is possible to get information about the numerous facilities that the island offers, and the hotel itself offers a variety of facilities to its visitors. The pool and the area around it is very clean and tidy, and the sunbeds are disinfected after each user. There is plenty of parking around the hotel, as well as in the side streets, so you can always find a free parking lot within 200-300 meters. Long story short, it was great and we are satisfied with our choice.
