this is our third time back to this property within the past 6 months, we clearly like it. however, despite many nice memories, our check-in and check-out experience is always the lowest quality. this specific time the lady at the reception made a rude comment about us in spanish which she thought I did not understand, but I clearly did. This was the day right before Christmas which we chose to start celebrating early and she completely and senselessly ruined our experience. this is something I hope management reads and follows up on, as if it happened to me, I’m sure happens multiple times a day.

The setting was lovely, very relaxing atmosphere. Swimming pool lovely all the same depth very safe. Jacuzzi lovely warm and relaxing. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast wasn't the best, cereals were tasteless, hot food was warm, coffee not great.

Breakfast and dinner were perfect. We stayed with 9 months old baby and staff prepared food for the baby by following our indications. We felt very well attended.

The room faced a road with a bit of traffic noise, but it was a minor problem with the terrace door closed. They offered us a new room but it was not necessary to change. Another one was with the neighbors next to our room. They were smokers and the smell came into our terrace and room when they smoked in their private terrace; we did not like that. We informed the hotel about arranging visitors by smokers/non smokers.

It was nearby to the city ( with taxi 4m and it was really very cheap,it cost just a few euros) The workers are there was very kind. They have 3 pool’s ( one for a kid but you can also use it) and 2 jacuzzi’s. The cocktail’s was cheap and very good. For dinner and for breakfast you can choose what you want to drink. They have a lot of different stuffs. You can also ask appointment for massage. :) The hotel is very big so even if is full house they will have a comfortable place for everyone. It is perfect for family’s too. Everyday is live music what is really amazing. nearby the pool you can see a lot of parrot’s on the tree’s. The elevator is so cool. Is a glass elevator and you can see the beautiful view. They have a little shop where you can buy bags,cigarett’s,souvenir’s etc,for really cheap price.

In the hotel everything is close at 21:30. It is little bit early. If you go to the city ( 4-5m with the taxi) there is some restaurant’s,etc until 00:00. If you go to the south you can find everything open until 03:00-05:00. Can be have more fruit in the breakfast . because I was really miss it.

beautiful pool area, public areas clean and welcoming, rooms very comfortable, well maintained and decorated, very clean. bar prices very good for a hotel. food isn’t the best. hotel is out of the town but provide a free bus service

the breakfast isn’t always the most interesting, the food is ok and the coffee drinkable. sometimes the choices are odd, pancakes made with orange juice are horrible for instance, sometimes we go to the cafe on the outside corner of the hotel for breakfast as the food there is delicious and very good value. otherwise it’s difficult to find fault with this hotel, its great value for money

Amazing pool area, jacuzzi & happy hour 5-6pm daily. Staff were super friendly & attentive. You can rent pool towels & change them daily. Bar prices decent. Great size rooms & balcony area. Overall great value for money.

As mentioned by others, the hotel is in a hilly area & the walk back from town, although not far, some of the hills are extremely steep. Taxi service from town is not great. No bars or restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is a bit out of the way. You definitely need a car to get around. The hotel parking is very small & virtually always full. Thankfully, we managed to find parking in the adjacent roads. The buffet, although extensive in some areas & good value, had a lot of either frozen or pre-cooked food. I.e. not everything was cooked fresh & there was no allegeren info anywhere that we could see. No drinks included in the half board option at dinner, not even water or soft drinks. The nightly entertainment was dated. More for older couples & families.

Smiling professional crew, nice calm atmosphere, live high quality music in the bar area. Astonishing relaxation park with pools and a garden with flora collected with high care and professionalism, you can't get enough of the site. Rooms are clean and friendly, beds really comfortable. Not too much traffic going on nearby so you get a good sleep every night. Tennis, mini golf and gym room are given, and are in full use all day practically. Hotel surroundings more than calm, a little devastated indeed, but altogether nice and quiet. This hotel is the best choice for relaxation. May, 2023.

Hotel shop nice but should fill up shelves with stock more often.

Pools are very nice with palm trees and exotic plants around. You can swim with view of Teide. You can go up to the roof of the hotel, great view all around. Free parking on the street, around the hotel. Room is big, clean, spacious. We had a room with ocean view. Great view and silent. Food is okay. Great shows, live music in the bar every night. Absolutely satisfied with the hotel, would definately come back.

Smoking is allowed at the pool area which is very disturbing. Not easy to walk to downtown, it is more a hike, road is very steep. Free parking available,so better to drive.

The hotel has an excellent structure: pool, kids area etc. Rooms are very clean. The breakfast is perfect, a lot of options!

It’s terrible to park anywhere close the hotel and parking area is limited, so arrive early and don’t go out to dinner (you will spend a long time to find a place). The dinner has a lot of options, but it’s not so tasty.
