Location was great, room was great, facilities were great. They have a lovely pool and an amazing gym (though apparently it's changing hands so was closed for two of the days I was there). Staff were generally super lovely! Particularly the entertainment lady, she was awesome!

The single thing they could improve is food quality. It just felt poor. A great variety of things, but the quality wasn't good. After two days of eating it, it started to feel like a chore. Yet, saying that, as all inclusive, we appreciated it.

Good room, spacious, great view of Teide peak. Clean room, comfy beds. Quiet at night. Close to the beach, though it is a bit of a walk uphill. Free parking around the hotel. Management is responsive to complaints, where the receptionist was't handling these.

Breakfast had plenty of choices but was limited for vegans and pescatarians. No variation, same food every morning. Coffee could be better.

Beautifully clean, stylish room. Good buffet breakfast. Nice quiet location with free off-street parking.

Teide-view rooms are actually Teide facing i.e. not all rooms get a view of the volcano. Ours faced the wall across the road (which the receptionist claimed not to exist); a bit misleading to charge extra for the 'view'. Poor orange juice at breakfast unless you paid extra. Some people will struggle with the hill from town.

Good location and area. close to old town and loro park. Rooms were nice and spacious. Very Modernised and we’ll lit up. Good selection of food and drinks. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

The bed that we had was very hard and it made it hard to sleep at night. Although it’s a double bed, it’s 2 single bed put together and it keeps separating while we sleep.

Big, package holiday hotel with refurbished rooms. Rooms are very nice and comfortable but don't have double glazed windows. Breakfast was reasonable quality with a lot of choice.

Quite a lot of noise coming from nearby at night at the weekend. Gym closed on a Sun for some reason (you have to pay too when it's open). Not what you expect from a 4* hotel.

very nice breakfast, a lot of variety. the staff was also very lovely and friendly. it was really close to the beach. house cleaning comes every day to clean up. it was very cheap and very comfortable and chique.

it was hard to walk up the mountain to reach the hotel from the beach and shops. 1 of the ladies at the check in desk also didn’t mention that there was a bus that drives to the mall daily. we only found out on our 5th day of staying there.

We really liked the food, each and every day it was different, both the breakfast and the dinner. A lot of local foods what you can taste. It was very delicious and really a lot. We really enjoyed the bingo-night and the programmes. The room was very spacious, tidy and nice. We really liked the shuttle between the center of the town and the hotel!!

We had separate beds which was put together and sometimes when you moved it separated.

The hotel, staff, and room were perfect, I noticed constant attention to details which made my stay pretty enjoyable. I booked all-inclusive and appreciated a good variety of food for each meal. Healthy and yummy options were always available. My room was spacious, recently renovated, and clean. Bonus points for the very comfortable beds.

Minor points: I queued for 25 minutes to check in (although it was past 20:00), and I would have appreciated more choices for Spanish and Canarian wines, instead of one wine on tap.

The room was great, water kettle, coffee machine and tea options. Small refrigerator was great to store cold drinks. Breakfast was great, lots of options and when asking for lactosefree youghurt I got it. The place is huge and there is a lot of walking required from room to elevator. The elevators were quiet slow but you can easily take the stairs if you are in ok shape. Parking at the street spots outside worked fine and there is also a huge parking lot right next to the hotel. Walking down to the black sandy Jardin beach and park takes about 15 min downhill. To walk down to the center of Puerto de la Cruz at night takes a while but I did. About 25-30 min downhill. Not really pedestrian friendly streets but you can manage. Walking back up later when it was dark felt safe as well. There were locals walking home from work around and traffic. Very windy on the balcony and the view of the ocean is ok. There is a recreactional area right in front with dirt tracks and track. & field manmade. Locals exercised and walked there dogs in this parklike area.

The decor and lack of plants and greenery in the hallways. It felt more like a hospital out in the public areas on each floor. Downstairs is nice by the front desk though.

Very big modern room with a separate seating and sleeping area, one bathroom and a separate toilet. Nice view from the balcony to the coast and the see (more interesting view than the other side with view to the banana plants). Good location at the edge of the city. Only a 5min walk to a black beach where three beach bars are located. You can follow the coastal walk path to the city center, a 10min walk. Multiple choices at breakfast and dinner buffet. The pool was enjoyable, also because there were not so many guests at the time.

The breakfast and dinner area did not have a nice view of the sea or banana plants. The dinner was not great, it was a buffet with multiple choices, but some of the food tasted very artificial, especially the desserts. If I would visit the hotel a second time, I would not take the half board again, but I would rather go into town for dinner. There were lots of restaurants in town within a 10min walk.
