we stayed in the superior room and later in the Teide Superior. The only difference being the view and amount of light. The rooms are very new, clean and comfortable. There is a a good sized balcony and a small kitchen area with microwave and fridge. The mattresses were comfortable and the lighting was good . Plenty of sockets everywhere. The location is also good..Near the beaches, walking distance to the main square, supermarket, pharmacy and bus station very close. There are a few eateries nearby and 2hotels you can go to for evening entertainment. Staff very accommodating and professional.

The only fly in the ointment is the way the cleaning is carried out. The cleaning starts at about 8.40 and the noise terrible and goes on for hours. It is not the staff's fault. The corridors are tiled, no carpet - a drum- and the trolleys they push backwards and forwards with laundry etc are deafening. There is no cleaning on a Wednesday which is the only day you can have a lie in. If you plan on getting up before 8.30 that is fine otherwise you will just hear a terrible noise all morning, which is unacceptable when you are on holiday.It is a shame because apart from this we really liked it.

I liked the ground floor bar and the staff, I liked the roof top terrace/pool area. I liked the renovated room with fresh kitchen, toilet, goodshower etc and proper sheets on the bed. Very convenient location to the main bus station and big supermarket just few steps away and the easy stroll to the sandy black beach.

I didn't like the small balcony with street view where you only got sunlight around 8 to 9 in the morning. We ordered some small food from the hotel's ground floor restaurant to take away to the roof top terrace and there were only few items on the menu, literally, and the taste was awful. Lack of decent/normal priced restaurants near by. I guess this was wrong area for that, quite far away from restaurant area.

We loved the layout and the size of the room, the facilities, the location of the hotel, the kindness of the receptionist. We could also buy tickets for Loro Parque and La Gomera directly from the hotel which was a big plus. We discovered late the pool on the roof, because we visited the surroundings most of the time, but it's a cool place to get some sun if you don't want to go to the beach (which is close). We also had breakfast there for 2 or 3 days and we were very happy for the money that we payed. The hotel serves also dinners, but we didn't try them. I still find it cool though. We had also a rented car so the parking was a small issue. But we found parking places in the street and in a nearby private parking.

The spacious room, the kitchen annex and facilities in the room, the balcony (small and very simple but nice to have one), many lamps (we could adjust the bright areas in the room), breakfast (fine, but not exceptional and everyday the same, with various sweet and sour products), great common area and bar on the ground floor and the terrace, washing machines (6 eur).

Wifi not working in the room, no electric kettle in the room, transparent bathroom door, awful coffe for breakfast, no vegetables for breakfast (only tomatoes).

Nice, clean spacious hotel room with balcony near beach and bus station. Comfortable beds and peaceful. Partial ocean / cityview was nice. Personnel at reception were very friendly and helpful. The pool area at rooftop was excellent, many sunbeds, nice views to all directions.

In the kitchen there was no washing liquid to wash the dishes and no sponge etc either which was disturbing. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper which gives a cheap and not that nice impression. The light in the dining area / living room was not working on the first day, though it was fixed on the next day

Main building entry is locked, you have to go aroung the whole block. Entry to the building from the "back door" - read another "friendly" hotel. This require using two elevators & some "stalking" via long corridors. Not good if you have luggage or want to get quickly to your room. Hotel us located literally on central square of Puerto de Santa Cruz. Very noisy up to 00:00AM. Music, restaurant sounds, kitchen smells etc. Very old and weird bathroom equipment: shower head was broken in two rooms the very same way (just single "stream" of water instead of normal shower.

The weather was not what was expected but blankets were available to keep us warm at night. The receptionists were always helpful and cheery as were all the staff. Our room was spotless every day and the towels and bed linin changes when requested. Breakfast was varied with both English and Continental foods available. An evening meal was alaso available but we did not take advantage of this as there was a more than adequate kitchen in our room.

The bar did not open until 3pm which was not a problem until the day we were leaving when a cup of coffee would have been helpful. Otherwise nothing apart from the lack of sun beds to meet the demand when it was sunny.

Lovely room newly refurbished. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Comfy beds. Nice pool on the roof although no shade. Overall great value for money.

There was no cutlery in the kitchenette but I'm sure we could have requested it. Shower didn't drain quickly so had to decrease water output so as not to flood bathroom. Entertainment from downstairs was quite loud and could be heard on the balcony in the evening but it was quiet in the room with the balcony door closed.

Location - next to the main bus station, where I could travel everywhere from. There was a big supermarket nearby. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that there was no washing-up liquid or sponges in the kitchen area. Apparently this was due to covid restrictions, but I thin it would be a good idea to provide such basic things.
