Precise Resort Tenerife

Everything was worth it! Amazing hotel, great stay! Breakfast of great variety and of nice quality. Our room was on the 16th floor with ocean view and we enjoyed it immensely. The elevators (4) are programmed so good so that there's not an annoyingly long waiting time! Just perfect!

It would be appreciated if more of the personnel -specificaly the food serving personnel- knew how to communicate in english. Also,when we were booking our stay, it was not very clear to us that the car parking was charged extra. We found out when we arrived, even though we were also given an option for free parking nearby, outside the hotel premises.

The food is excelent with great vegetarian options. The sea view is wondeful - ocean as far as the eye can see - next stop southern Ireland. The location is great for a walking holiday with Rambla de Castro nearby and several excellent northern Tenerife walking areas accessible by car or bus.

Separating non-smoking from smoking accomodation, perhaps with smokers on higher floors. The occupant of the room next to us was a heavy smoker and the stench of tobacco smoke was continually wafting over into our room so we had to keep the balcony door closed a lot of the time. This was a pity as it did spoil the overall experience to some extent - breathing second-hand smoke instead of pure sea air was a bit of a downer.

If you go for the sea view you will not regret it. It just mesmerising and quieter then the city /mountain view. The room had a air conditioning, one of the pools is heated. Most of the personal was smiling with the exception of one of the waiters on the dinner. The breakfast and dinner had a lot of choices wich changed daily and a cook making omelettes in the morning and meat/fish. The reception personal was very nice and did everything that we ask even went above and beyond with a suprise for our anniversary. We came after 10pm and we had some sandwiches and fruit with yogurt and muffins as we miss the dinner wich was till 9:30

The WiFi was very bad and you can only connect 2 devices and there was no signal only near the door of the room wich was very slow. The room, restroom /bathroom and bar are a bit outdated but it was clean and functional. There was only 1 Spanish dish for the 4 days we stayed. No national cuisine what so ever. The cards they give you wich you use for the lift and your room were very bad as they just stop working and you needed to go and change them and when you go you will find others heaving the same problem.

Generous room size, good buffet breakfast, 3 pools with deck chairs. Free parking across the street. Beautiful views of the coast. Quiet area, Loro Parque is 300m away. Supermarket 500m away. Above all, very friendly staff - and many thanks to Alfonso, one of the nicest receptionists I've met in a long time!

Hotel is a bit dated, but everything else makes up for it. Town centre is some 30min walk, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus.

Despite the fact that the hotel is quite old, furniture is better to be changed. Sea view from 12th floor was just amazing! These sunsets worth every penny spent on the hotel. For 7-days trip this place is perfect. Breakfast with this view is also awesome experience. As for entertainment, they have mini golf (which was quite fun for 1 evening), tennis, pools. Highly recommend!

We spent only 3 quite nights there. But then tide came (we assume so), so when waves were crashing on the rocks, there was vibration each 30 sec that went through all the building. Our windows were shaking, sometimes in the night there was a feeling that building felt.. But that’s the only disadvantage of the building on a cliff

nice hotel good location and nice view of lot of thing s hard too say what but Loro park was very near beach was black i had nice view and i stay 5 night s with half board which included breakfast and Dinner the bed was clean the room was cosy and was looked after through and beach and sea was shown throw the window it was excellent i enjoy all of it.

the hill was high but ok if used too it and sometime the food was boring sometimes tasteless but ok for fair price in that season.

Food is excellent, great vegetarian options and loads of healthy food (fresh fruit, salads etc), great location for walking in northern Tenerife as in my previous review in June 2023. No problem this time either with smoke from neighbouring room. I had not read the hotel’s response to my previous review where I mentioned that passive smoke was the only negative aspect to our stay then. Good to know the hotel is listening. We will definitely be back again.

Hotel appears a bit dated but is very clean with good facilities so don't be put off. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean with clean and comfortable rooms

Not so great with communication - our flight was delayed and despite several messages to explain we would be a day late they were not expecting us when we arrived. However the rooms were still available and the staff accommodating

The big buffet breakfast was way more than we ever imagined. Beautiful view over the water while eating breakfast too. We were on the 16th floor facing the mountains and again was a stunning view! We got a family room for the three of us and had two bathrooms, two balcony’s and very comfy beds. Was a lovely stay!

Nearly everything was of a high standard.

We had Dinner the first evening in the hotel. Big Buffet. Food was very much bland. Went out for Dinner every evening after that. Breakfast Buffet was extensive and what one would expect for a very big Hotel
