clean, well presented, courteous members of staff, large selection of food choice both breakfast and evening meal, good gym facilities, great spa pool and indoor spa area

far too few members of staff to deal with drinks orders. had to wait over half an hour on a few occasions before we were served. This was very apparent during the evenings entertainment times.

Spacious room and balcony with a nice view. Excellent meals with fantastic choice. Friendly and helpful staff.

The only problem we had was that the mattress was too hard , we didn't sleep well and I had sore hips every morning.

Being so close to the sea - it was nice listening to the sound of the waves at night. The cleanliness was impressive. The menu was versatile with lots of choice. The easy access from the hotel through the security gate to the beachfront The sauna was an added bonus

The location is a little too far away from the buzz! The area outside the dining room leading to the bar is bland and soulless. It is somewhat similar to an airport lobby. The bar area is sterile with chairs in a row - the lighting is too harsh, and the ambience is poor. It's not inviting and definitely needs an injection of colour with some comfortable seating. We chose to specialise elsewhere in the evenings.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, hotel decor lovely, pool area very clean plus hotel provides towels for sun loungers,room was clean, fresh decor, beautiful view of pool and sea, bed very comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

Would like firm pillows, but all hotels are the same

The bedroom was quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient. The pools were warm and enjoyable. The food was very good. A very enjoyable stay.

Management must stop guests rushing down reserving sunbeds with towels and then leaving them unoccupied for half the day. That's so wrong! Although we quite like piano music, a live pianist every night for 2 hours is quite irritating.

Loved that the rooms and balcony terraces were non smoking, great not to have smoke billowing from next door balcony. Hotel very clean, staff extremely polite and helpful. The buffet dinner and breakfast was excellent, not usually a fan of buffet but this was a very much step above the normal fare and very well done. Staff in dining room really helpful and kind. Sun beds by pool rather crammed in but comfortable with nice sun pads. Room was lovely and quiet with a great view. A/c was centrally controlled which was a shame as could be too hot/cold depending on the individual.

Really liked the hotel, just a shame at having to wait 4 hrs for our room on arrival - we were very tired and flagging by the time we got the room. Understand there is a check out 12 noon time, but we were told that our outgoing room clients checked out at about 11.30 and it wasn’t until gone 2 we actually got the room. We’d been at the hotel since about 10.15am. Were about 10 keys stacked up waiting to be released. Perhaps more staff need to be employed on cleaning or real prioritisation of the rooms that are for check in rather than ongoing stays to allow tired people to unpack and begin their holiday.

Good location - at end of los cristianos so quiet and out the way but 5 mins easy walk to the centre. Supermarket opposite. Amazing hotel gym - good cardio and weights. Breakfast was good loads of choice and even when we went late they were still bringing out fresh food. Really clean and impressive hotel - rooms, reception, pools.

Breakfast finished at 10 which felt early Gym was supposed to open at 7am - it did for first few days but then wasn’t being opened on time and had to ask/wait for it to be opened (around 8am) We booked the same room as our friends and they had a much nicer view / balcony The roof top is extra charge for entry The bowling, mini golf etc seems to have shut down

Breakfast and dinner were super. Location good as it’s nice and quiet

Area over Sink and worktop (over fridge) both difficult to keep clean and marked easily. Fridge was quite noisy at night time.

Adults only. Always sun beds available when I wanted one. Buffet food very good.

The first room we were allocated got no sun on the balcony however management changed our room to nice sunny one.

Best hotel in Los Cristianos at the moment, in my opinion. It is not only the best looking on the outside, it is the Hanging Gardens on the inside. Live piano concerts in lobby almost every evening. The most diverse breakfast that I have ever seen in hotels, including honey in honeycomb, fresh juice machine and omelette station.

Maybe we got unlucky booking the hotel at the last minute, but the price of ~€200 per night is a little bit too expensive. Also the first room we were given didn't have much of a "sea view", although we booked a room specifically for that (thankfully it was replaced upon request). Finally, I would love to see some fish options on breakfast.
