The property was beautiful, tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. All the necessary amenities to get started were provided: dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, cleaning towels, body wash and shampoo.

Some minor inconveniences - if addressed would make the property perfect. It would be super helpful to have a long/tall dressing mirror. There are mirrors above the sinks but you cannot see your entire outfit. Secondly towel hooks in the hallway shower. His shower has an awkward design but is usable, however there are no hooks to hang towel or clothes.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was extremely well located, in an interesting area not right in the city centre, but close enough to walk there (and to most places of interest). It was also very close to a Metro station. Staff at reception were helpful and we appreciated being allowed to check in very early (after our flight arrived).

Not a major issue, but if you intend to use the oven get an explanation on arrival. We couldn’t work it out and the staff member who we asked to explain it to us the next morning also struggled through a (very friendly) process of trial and error before arriving at the correct method.

It’s very clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff are very attentive to our requests (we complained that the bedrooms were a bit warm and they immediately sent someone to fix it). Great customer service from Alejandro and Salvador.

After a long day of sightseeing, we went to bed early at 10 pm but got awaken by 10:30 pm by a call from the night staff about being loud and disturbing other guests. I was a bit annoyed when he kept on asking if our music or TV set is loud after I already responded that we’re not having a party. Surely, he can hear that there was no loud noises in the background during the call. Although inconvenient, I still would recommend this place.

When you enter the apartment, you can tell the entire building has gone through an extensive renovation, the kitchen & bathrooms are so new and being looked after well! The location was central enough, walking distance to many amenities. Bedsheets & towels were very clean, mark-free and the kitchen came with a small “cleaning kit” which we found very cute & thoughtful. The rooftop terrace gave a nice understanding of the architecture and the vibe of the neighbourhood.

We found the bathroom a little bit too dark, perhaps more lighting. The shower cubicle was away from the working spotlight so it felt dark when taking a shower. Also I think it would be good to fit a full-size mirror as it’s much needed to get ready.

Went on a trip with my friends, and we spent one night here on our last day in Madrid/Spain. The location was perfect for what we needed - close to Gran Via so very accessible to shopping, bars and restaurants. We had a smooth and easy check-in experience. We reached there early (around 12 noon), and were prepared to leave our luggage there until the check-in time, but they said the apartment had just been cleaned and offered to check us in early at no extra cost. They were so great! I also loved that they offered luggage storage - which many apartments/aparthotels don't. The apartment itself looks quite chic, with the open brick walls. It's pretty spacious for a two bedroom apartment in Europe. The master bedroom is quite lovely, with views out on the street. The second room had no views but was adequate. We all had a good night's sleep, so comfortable beds and lighting. The bathroom was clean, hot water, good water pressure. Given we were there only for one night, we didn't really use the kitchen or any other facilities, so can't comment on those. Altogether, this was perfect for what we wanted - a clean and comfortable one night stay in Madrid with easy access to shops and restaurants. Lovely front desk staff..Would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is marvelously well-located, at least for our first and short time visit in Madrid. The shopping street Gran Via is not so far away, you can find generally every kind of restaurants you need in Malasaña neighborhood and the subway stop is there nearby as well, in case you‘re planning to look around a bit further. The apartment is supplied with all necessary equipments as well, from cooking utensils to ironing board, washing machine, basically everything. The staffs are very helpful and generous. Nan, Alex and Salvador catered to all of our needs during our stay there. I would definitely come back to this apartment next time I visit Madrid, for sure!

If you travel in a group of 5 or more, I would suggest to reserve the biggest room downstairs as long as it‘s available. Some smaller apartments, which are also destined for groups of 5 or more, were a bit tight esp. when you unfold the sofa bed.

The apartment was very clean. the reception manager Alejandro is great, he is very polite and helpful. the location is central. wifi is very good and stable.

The street the apartment is located is very noisy with lots of traffic, air pollution and garbage collection at late hours. the second room of the apartment did not have any windows which was very depressing. The A/C system is not good; it operates from the back room where the blowing is strong and the other bedroom does not get any blow of warm air. There was not any bottle of water in the apartment at all; this may be a problem if you arrive late. The basic items such as salt is not there either.

The location was great and the layout of the apartment was functional. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped! The receptionists and hotel management were welcoming and provided a personal level of service.

We experienced some electricity issues which we were ensured have been fixed completely. The hotel's management made efforts to compensate us accordingly which we highly appreciated.

what a great location and facilities at this fantastic venue. Perfect for a short stay for the 4 of us. Plenty of great tapas bars close by (cross over and walk up Calle de San Vicente Ferrer.) also lots of small independent shops for breakfast and super markets on every corner! You can walk everywhere within the centre of Madrid. easy to locate from the airport - less than an hour on the metro. Plenty of room for 4 of us - 2 bedrooms, plenty of storage, 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen diner. all of the areas can be shut off by glass doors. there is a stunning central light well in the building, which makes the property feel bright. When we checked out we could use the luggage lockers - which meant we could enjoy the last few hours left in Madrid. staff are super helpful! everywhere is very clean!

the bathroom is a wet room, which was slightly annoying after 4 people use it!

Very spacious and well designed room. Very comfortable experience. Just next to the metro which is convenient. Also only a short distance from the Main Street Gran Via. The counter staff are also very helpful. Upon arrival, we noted the shower head of one of the toilets to be leaking and asked for a replacement, and it was replaced immediately by an in house staff.

The toilet door was slightly difficult to close. But otherwise no significant issue, very minor inconvenience.
