We stayed in a 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms apartment on the 3rd floor, 2 adults with 2 kids (10 & 7 years old). The location is great, 10 minutes walking to Gran Via street and though the apartment is on a main street, it was quiet due to noise isolated windows. Waited for us were extra blankets and towels and all the basic amenities for a daily routine. The check in & out were simple and fast. For entering the main door and to the apartment there is a website which links to the doors status. Overall - Very recommended.

Some noises reached the apartment through the walls and ceiling while other guests were loud, but not something serious.

Both bedrooms had queen-size beds. One room was nice and roomy the second room is rather cramped. The beds were comfortable. They don't tell you which apartment you going to receive until you get. We were on the first floor which meant we didn't have a balcony. Other units above have balconies. If you get there a little early you can leave your bags at their office on Grand Via. But when you come back to get your bags you have to take a taxi or Uber over to get to the apartment otherwise you will be dragging your bags for about 15 to 20 minutes. It's a typically remodeled old apartment where the owners are trying to maximize ROI but they do it nicely with lots of supplies and towels. And the staff, which is available 24 hours, is superb. Everybody we dealt with was pleasant and most helpful.

Great location: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pastry shops, multiple metro stations very close by. 10/12 minutes walk from main Gran Vía and 20/25 minutes walk to Plaza Mayor + Puerta del Sol. We had the penthouse apartment which had lots of space plus large terrace. Very clean with huge amount of storage space.

Lack of recycling bins - no excuse in huge apartment to have a couple of recycling bins. While sufficient quantity of delph and cutlery, there were no items for cooking such as oils, salt etc. Had to collect keys on first day from office fifteen minutes walk away.

Beds are double so may be a bit cosy for some The apartment uses an app to enable you to unlock the door to the building and the door of the apartment. There are no keys. On 3 occasions we came back at night and the app didn't work. We could hear the door mechanism working but it didn't unlock. We eventually learnt that you have to pull the door a specific amount whilst unlocking to get it to engage. We only found out after repeatedly calling the 24hr phone number who often did not answer. Such a shame because everything else about the apartment was great but I can't recommend it as we were stuck on the landing 3 times trying to get in.

1. The location was good. 2. Apartment was very clean and in very good shape 3. Facilities in the house were good. 4. The best part about the Apartment was a Carfour store exact in front of the apartment. We recommend this apartment, it was worth money 100 %

Everything was perfect just 2 points need to be mentioned: 1. Some air conditioners need to be serviced. In the bedroom it was working but not cooling efficiently. 2. The access link was sent very late almost 2 hours after mentioned check-in hour

Great location

I was initially not sent the links in email for the deposit which caused delays in gaining entry to the property. Frustration also followed when we were locked out of the apartment on consecutive days due to a malfunctioning lock. We informed the hotel that a piece had fallen out of the lock and this probably caused it to malfunction but nothing was done. Otherwise we were happy with the accommodation.

Great location, clean apartment, easy check in process - all done online, no physical key, just a link on your phone to unlock the door - this meant that we could all go and come as we please and not need to pass a key around.

Nothing! If I'm being really picky it would be nice if there was olive oil, salt etc. so we could cook in the kitchen. And there was a coffee machine and capsules but these weren't restocked.

Beautiful apartment very convenient, completely new, nice location pretty central, very comfortable beds, good air-conditioning, great showers, very clean.

The person who's sleeping int he living room (on the sofa) will suffer from the noise of the street. There's no easy parking and if your car if not Spanish then you're not allowed to get even near to the apartment for drop off your bags as the area is restricted and a sticker can only be purchased for a Spanish car (so I was told at the second post office where I tried getting the sticker). TV was also not working properly for Netflix and YouTube (not connected).

New, comfortable, well located apartment. It was super clean and with great bedding and towels. Plenty of shampoo, soap, conditioner, and lotion. We’ll equipped kitchen with new appliances. Quiet and spacious enough. Great shower and espresso maker. Two stores across the street. Attentive staff. Would definitively stay here again.

Heater was having issues 1st night, was too hot. Staff was contacted and it was turned off; it was really not needed the rest of the time.

fantastic location, very clean and modern, exceptionally clean. we could walk to every sightseeing location and were surrounded by food stores and cafes

it was a nightmare to get in. we were well past our check in time but had no entry code. the place was deserted snd none of the numbers or WhatsApp messages worked. in the end s kind cleaner helped us out
