Very easy to contact the host over Whatsapp. They answer very quickly. Everything great, the apartment is set with a nice taste, the staircase is impressive, old&modern at the same time, love it! And the balcony view in the morning something to enjoy with a cup of tee in a hand. The apartment is close to the metro station and within a 10/15 mins walk from the Gran Via or Plaza de Espana. strongly recommend !

There is a coffee machine but there are no capsules for it, within a price it would be great to find couple of them, same for salt and pepper. There is a smell from the tubs which isn't great, especially in the morning or when the app is closed all day.

This was by far the BEST stay we had in our Iberian trip. Nice location, and we didn't expect the place to be bigger than what we saw in the picture. Clean and IG worthy rooms. Nice open space for bfst/dinner, and super accessible to groceries, attractions and metro.

There was leak when it rained, but not so much and manageable. I didn't see the cups and plates :-( that we could use during our stay. I messaged the property and they said it was in the cabinet, but i did not find. But we managed to get disposables in the nearby grocery store.

We were a group of 10 foreign students who had a wonderful stay. The apartment was impeccably clean and spacious with 2 big balconies. The kitchen was fully equipped with the necessary appliances that made breakfast easy. The location was also perfect because it was not even 5 minutes away from the San Bernardo metro station. Moreover the host was incredibly hospitable and made every step of our accommodation as easy as possible. Communication with him was perfect and fast because he was responsive with us even after our stay.

Location was great! Not too busy but plenty of local pubs/restaurants to visit, and close enough to city centre to walk. Apartment was very spacious and had good facilities. Amazing value for money. Make sure to give property plenty of notice about arrival time, so that they can send you access instructions to apartment.

£200 deposit to cover any potential damage to property is a bit expensive on top of cost of apartment, however I completely understand why they do it.

It was super comfortable for our purpose. The location was perfect and the place was beautiful and very clean. The access was perfect because we didn’t need any keys, I really liked that.

The TV wasn’t intelligent, we didn’t have Netflix or any other platforms to watch tv. Also, even though it’s not the owner’s fault, there was some construction work going on in the building next door and we couldn’t get proper rest after 8am. We were on vacation so we were hoping to sleep in a little.

In general terms everything was very good

My apartment was on the 6th floor but the elevator only goes to the 4th floor, so you have to carry your luggage 2 floors + 1 more floor because the elevator isn’t on the first floor, It’s located between 1st and second floor

We arrived and our room was ready earlier than expected which was perfect to rest since we arrived at 12. It was super clean and really comfy. The location was perfect since we could walk everywhere we wanted to go up to 25min walk. Would recommend !

Location was great for city centre and metro. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in immediate area. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Felt safe and ideal for solo traveller.

Could have done with a kettle in the apartment.
