The room was very clean and well laid out. The bathroom included a rain shower which was fantastic. Being directly on one of the main shopping streets was perfect because it got quiet pretty early and you were close to everything. The staff was very friendly and communicated with us throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

This isn’t a complaint as much as an observation. We are a family of four. Our children are now 15 and 11. The bunk beds worked for our short trip. The 15 year old said they wouldn’t want to sleep for more than 3 nights which is fair. For a short stay though it was perfect.

Location is absolutely excellent where has many shops and nice restaurants nearby and the metro and bus stop just walking distance. It’s located inside the apartment building,not like a hotel but still have a small elevator ,that’s quite comfortable and convenient. The beds is nice and shower is strong,so staying is satisfying.

The taxi can’t bring you to the hotel as it’s located in the pedestrian area ,you have to walk with large luggage ,but it’s just few minutes. There’s no public area ,such as kitchen to use and sofa or chair space for someone waiting for check in. The location is not easy to find as no hotel‘s mark in front of the door,have to watch out the sticker on the doorbell.

Lovely, clean, comfortable room in a bustling shopping area walking distance to all the main sites and close to the metro. Staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and kind. Effective air con, very necessary in the April heatwave. Worth noting that staff work between a couple of different sites so will arrive to check you in at the time you say you will be there so better to give a timeframe rather than an exact time. We were unexpectedly early so waited in the nearby bar until they arrived. Not putting this as a negative as staff were very quick to respond when I messaged and went above and beyond to make up for what was barely an inconvenience!

There was a bit of noise from the street overnight as there are some clubs nearby and the street felt a little sketchy after midnight

I appreciate their continuous support throughout my stay. Location was perfect. Easy to roam around the city from this location. Even though the room are small but it has all the required facilities. I like the way they name the rooms... :) So overall it was a pleasure staying at Woohoo.

Woohoo has multiple hotels in the city, so it would be helpfull if they mention that in thier initial msg. That's it I cannot think of any other point to suggest :)

The room was in a wonderful location and staff was very nice and welcoming. Please be aware that this is a Hostel however and should not be confused for a hotel.

If you consider this as a Hostel, We believe the property was great, however it felt like we had misunderstood during our reservation and we expected to be in a hotel. The only downside is that given the very central location (shopping street) it can be very noisy outside and walls are very thin, so you tend to hear everything.

Perfect location in the centrum. I have not slept in more comfortable bed for a long time. Very polite staff - helped us even before we asked - they sent welcoming message and instructions for parking and public transport. That was my first time in a hostel and I am really impressed. The windows are noice isolated - you will hear some voice from the main street but it is very low and it will not bother you sleeping

Our check in time was at 1pm but our flight arrived at 7am. We went to the hotel to leave our bags but when we got there, they told us that they would have our room ready in 15 minutes, if we could wait. You can't imagine how good that sounded to us, coming from an 18 hour flight. The location was great. Close to the metro, restaurants, shops - it's a good place to be in if you want to explore Madrid. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Madrid.

Excellent location being right in the middle of Calle Fuencarral, walkable to everything interesting n the historical part of Madrid. Bed was super comfortable and larger than regular Queen bed. Despite its central location, it was surprising quiet at night as we are both light sleepers.

Luggage holding bay could have been in a room instead of being in the common hallway, publicly accessible. This was the reason why we did not leave our luggage despite a good 6hrs between check-out and flight.

It was part of a group of small rooms and baths inside of what appeared to previously be a flat. It is located in a good shopping area in one of the best areas in Madrid. The room was modern, clean and air conditioned with a small balcony overlooking a pedestrian street. The room had a safe and the shower was nice. Staff were present day hours into the early evening.

The room was very small with a tiny bathroom and little space for personal items. The closet was a small cabinet from Ikea. The wifi was unreliable and basically unusable. The entry to the buiding was dated and not very well maintained.

We liked the location, bustling in the heart of town. We were able to access it from multiple metro stations, and access much of Madrid and adjacent cities. There were plenty of cheap-eats around the area as well. We thought the room was clean, and it was comfortable. Staff was very helpful with one of the issue we had. Woohoo also provided water bottles when requested which helped with the heat!

The sounds at all hours of the night. I know we are in a popular area, but the sounds were not from outside traffic. They were from neighbors within the same complex (didn't seem like hotel guests, but maybe they were). Sound travels too well in the inside/open alcove, so we could hear chronic coughing, children crying/yelling, and music. These are all fine during the day, but not from midnight-400
