Fantastic location and the reception was easy to find. I arrived early and could store my luggage until I could check in later in the day. The room was well-appointed, with a very necessary washer-dryer (my main reason for booking here!) Comfortable chairs meant that there was a place to sit and read or watch TV.

The kitchen is quite cramped with very little work surface, and the little breakfast nook does not really provide a comfortable place to work. I could not get the blinds on the window to close, which impacted on my privacy (there was an older gentlemen watering plants right outside at one stage) and the plumbing sprung a leak, so my suitcase got wet. But these are nothing a little maintenance and perhaps a bit of thinking can't fix.

We had a terrace apartment and the terrace was a wonderful addition. The apartment itself was very comfortable, and on our second day they replaced all the beds, so we had a lovely new bed to sleep in for the remainder of our time there. The apartment is very centrally located and close to everything that you require.

Really the only complaint is that the apartment is dated and tired, and was not the cleanest. The couch needs replacing and some of the outdoor chairs were filthy. But even with that in mind, we would stay there again, simply because of the beautiful terrace.

This property is in an excellent location. The apartment was spacious and clean and bright. The reception / check -in at their sister property a few steps away was quick, professional, friendly. They have 24 hour on site staff to assist with issues/problems and have free coffee and cookies, etc. 24/7 if you want a quick snack. If you want to be near Chueca and Gran Via and stroll in a very nice and safe neighborhood, we strongly recommend this property.

There was a nice flat screen TV. However you have to scan a QR code to download apps that you can use on your phone. The staff is willing to assist with any confusion, but overall, the TV situation could be a bit simpler.

Fantastic large apartment in the center of Madrid, Large, spacious, comfortable and clean. Only needed staff at reception at check in and checkout, but both times very helpful and i felt if we needed assistance they would have been happy to help any time. Room cleaned with fresh towels and bedding twice during our week long stay which was a nice extra. Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher (which saved on washing up!) and a washing machine. Apartment safe and secure. Excellent location with many restaurants close by, also close to three different metro stops allowing you to reach all parts of Madrid and train station for traveling further. Over all good value for money and would recommend.

This apartment was perfect. Very clean, spacious and quiet. The terrace was amazing. Very large, well decorated and a lovely view of Madrid. Incredible value for your money. Having access to B&B Hotel a few doors door made check in quick and seamless. The location was perfect. You a just a few blocks away from Gran Via (and the Metro) and can walk everywhere. I don't hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Nothing ... it was perfect.

The apartment is a couple of buildings next to a hotel of the same group and it is there that they give you the keys. Location is well in downtown. It is a plus if that is what you are looking for. I was concerned it could be noisy, but it was not. Walking distance from shops, restaurants, metro stations. Location is one of the stars. The apartment itself is large. Large bathroom (no bidet, but it is an B&B thing). The living room was also spacious, and the sofa-bed was even more comfortable than the main room bed. It had a full kitchen and regfrigerator (that we did not use).

Could be cleaner. It had a strange smell in the hallways when you entered the apartment.

- Central location - The apartment was light and airy with tasteful decor - The large terrace with outdoor furniture was almost as large as the apartment. The apartment cost a lot, but the terrace gave it the wow factor. - The apartment was cleaned every 3 days and the cleaning staff were helpful, lovely people - The apartment had more or less everything we needed, including washing machine & dryer, iron and ironing board

- The internet connection wasn't secure and we weren't able to visit most websites. We complained and were given a password to another network used by the housekeeping team. We thought this was pretty poor. - The apartment building is on a busy pedestrianised street that is full of people (including buskers with amplifiers), most of the time. It was really noisy at times, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Look elsewhere for an apartment if you enjoy peace and quiet. - The apartment needed minor repairs. The fabric on a seat on the terrace was ripped, a lampstand was leaning and a couple of floorboards were loose. - Check-in was slow and could have been done online to save time.

The location is perfect, and the neighborhood is safe. Easy check-in at any hour. The apartment was clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable (even the sofa turned into a bed).

The apartment was clean, but it was an awful smell from the bathroom coming from the drainage, and we couldn't escape that smell even by keeping the windows open all day. Although there was a washing machine, there was no clothes dryer. Also, the sofa was not exactly clean, this being hidden with a blanket.

The staff is very helpful and nice. The apartment is large and modern with old world charm and a magnificent terrace. The bathroom is large. The king bed has sheets not just a comforter. The towels are plush. Cleaning every 3 days is included. It's very quiet inside. The desk clerks all speak english and really go out of their way to assist with every need, especially Anihoa, who helped us with tickets for a show. The location is around the corner from a super market and 2 metro stops but close to walk to theatres and shopping and major tourist sites.

Everything is wonderful. There is nothing to dislike.
