Lovely place with a spacious apartment (especially just for one place) in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Building noise right outside window from 8am and pool doesn't open till 10am so there was nowhere to go. When I explained this to the receptionist she was dismissive and didn't offer any alternative. That was disappointing and I didn't sit on terrace once or have a lie in for that reason. Would be full marks if it hadn't been for that.

The apartment had everything you needed (kitchen with cutlery, big lounge, nice size bedroom, bathroom). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice pool which was child friendly. Location wise is very good for the harbour and the centre.

Would've been nice to have AC in bedroom although it wasn't a problem as the AC in main room does cool the whole place down after some time.

Location was ideal for getting around Mahon. The Apartment was quite large, double bedroom with kingsized bed. A lounge with TV, kitchenette, fridge, microwave and hob. Separate bathroom with shower, shower and hair gel provided and hairdryer. Grounds had pleasant garden area which you could sit in for breakfast. There are two pools, a childs and a larger deeper pool. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained with a life guard present.

There is no lift in the complex. Whilst the breakfast buffet was extensive it was expensive. The reception and cafe/bar closed at 8 pm. Windows and patio door require upgrading, as during a stormy evening they rattled even though they were closed and locked.

Excellent location walking distance to both the harbour and centre. Lots of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Reception staff were excellent and very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us get around. Room itself was basic but comfortable and functional with a good shower with plenty of pressure and hot water and air conditioning which worked well. Towels changed daily. It’s in a quiet residential area and although there was a floor above and below is we heard no noise from any other guests coming and going. The pool area was nice with 3 cabanas to use as well as plenty of sunbeds. The grass area with seating was nice and relaxed. Although we didn’t eat I did see the breakfast and it looked plentiful and varied with both hot and cold selections.

Loose/uneven tiles on a step next to the pool is a bit of a safety hazard. Hot water tap in kitchen didn’t work.

Extremely helpful staff. Great location. Very nice sized apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. Well equipped. Large balcony.

Kitchen a little bit shabby. Cooker and microwave a bit scratched, stained, but that was only cosmetic. Cupboards needed some refurb. Could use a new clothes drying stand and some pegs. Some more English language films, programs on both TVs would be nice for when it's raining!

Very perfect place to stay at heart of Mahon! The apartment is big and freshly renovated with all amenities even stove and pots to cook! There's nice garden to enjoy your breakfast and swimming pool to cool down! The location is in walking distance to the harbour and city center! the only drawback is that there is no elevator but the staffs are helping you with the luggage! The price is very affordable and worthy! I would go there again.

There is nothing negative about this place. Only breakfast can be improved but I can understand that it is a small hotel and the sources are limited.

Lovely pool and plenty of loungers. Great location close to the Port for the nice restaurants. Staff were excellent. When our taxi didnt turn up one of the staff offered to drive us to our next location. Great value for money. Great quiet location.

No aircon in the bedroom - just a ceiling fan. Also the bed was ok - but could have been comfier. The lack of a lift would also put some people off - but we were fine. It is only 3 stories high so not a lot of stairs. TV was a bit small for the size of the sitting room.

Very good location, which we looked for: 7 mins by walk from city centre, near seaport. Lovely personal: administrator pointed us, till the enter to building was very polite and positive, as other people we met at apartamentos. When we found our heating doesn't work, administrator quickly brought to us other heating device as a replacement. We had very nice apartment with green zone just around the window. Apartments size is very good for 2 or even 3 persons. Good breakfast with large food selection. Good value for it's price.

Like described above we had problem with heating device at the wall, bit we got an replacement, and as it was not very cold, it was enough.

The location was amazing. Nice equal distance between town and the harbour. Nice quiet area. Staff were friendly and helpful, explaining Covid changes to us and assisted with all of that. The complex was very clean and tidy, no rubbish in sight. Shame the pool was closed during our trip but all other facilities were great. Parking spaces available for the hire car. The room was really nice. Beds were super comfy and the bedding was was lovely, soft and warm. Plenty of spare blankets, perfect for drinking a wine on the balcony under. Shower was hot and powerful and I liked that shower gel was provided. Would highly recommend the apartment and location if going out of season.

Would have liked the bar to be open a bit later but that did mean we ventured in to town and bit more which showed us more of Mahón.
