We’ve rarely seen such attention to detail. Every little object from the coasters to the soap is pretty. Our room (13) was huge with a big balcony. If we come back we’ll select room 10 as it has a large patio with a mini pool. The patio where breakfast is served is gorgeous and the breakfast is delicious.

Nothing. We would have liked to be able to have dinner there but it wasn’t served on the days of our visit.

Pretty much everything was great about this hotel..The spa was fantastic, the staff, the breakfast - except for the water in the shower smells like sewage but think that’s a whole island thing.

The people staying above us moving there wooden chairs at all hours of the morning and night… kept waking us up as there wood on wood floors… was exhausted by the time we left despite the hotel being comfortable.

Great hotel in a great location - close to the center of Mahon. Very friendly staff - especially Laura was of great help. Spa is amazing. Setting in the courtyard for breakfast and dinner is very cosy and stylish.

Breakfast was by order; slow service when big groups are around. Maybe self-service with the drinks would help.

Super original and beautifully decorated. I loved the courtyard with with the outdoor arrangement and the food at the restaurant is fantastic. the spa is also amazing. We also had a rooftop terrace with our room, so nice!

when we arrived to the hotel at 9:30pm, there had been a problem with our booking We clearly felt that we weren’t expected and the person at the reception wasn’t very welcoming either

Lovely hotel created from what was an enormous family home. Many original features have been kept including an an amazing court yard. The attention to detail including the orange trees and plants in the court yard is fantastic. Very helpful friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast with a wide range of Menorcan produce. The rooms are big and spacious with enormous beds ,great washing facilities including a lovely free standing bath and shower.If you want a fabulous and comfortable stay in the middle of town this lovely hotel is highly recommended. 👍

The whole hotel is super nice and delicate with the interior design. Service is friendly and helpful from the first moment, the parking they have helps you a lot when Mahón is crowded. Our room (suite) was amazing, with a cool private terrace, a large bathtub and really comfortable bed. We tried the spa, and was at the same standard as the rest of the complex. I'd really recommend the hotel.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like during our stay at the hotel.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast is amazing and served in the most stunning location. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much of an ask. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and super chic feeling. The spa facilities and treatments are incredible. This is the perfect boutique hotel, would highly recommend.

Room large and comfortable. the only criticism was that the shower pressure was quite weak. Breakfast was very good and the massage I had in the Spa was one of the best I have had anywhere.

We described the Hotel as providing 'Peaceful Excellence' We had had breakfasts in the hotel before. They are brilliant and served with such gentle efficiency. The room and bathroom were also without fault, but it was the people who served us , from reception to maids who were fantastic. We would recommend this place to anyone going to Mahon
