Quite a good hotel, clean, near to the marina, spa.with a good sauna. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Welcoming and helpful stuff. It was a pleasant stay. We had a room with sea view and it was nice.

Restaurant which actually pretends to be something like high cuisine- small portions on big plates. The food itself was not bad but not so special as you could expect by the concept and presentation of the dishes. It would be nice to improve room service too, we asked for the breakfast and the coffee came first, in 10 min approx the food arrived, so the coffee was already cold. It was only 1 chair in the room, so we had to move some furniture to have a breakfast together... it is not a big problem, of course, but it may be improved easily..

The room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of storage space and hangers. We hadn't opted for a view but were offered to upgrade on checking in but not for free. The room was serviced daily. The gym was small but was sufficient for our needs. The pool area was nice and not too busy but as usual beds were taken and no sign of the towel owners for hours. Nice alternative area with big cushions also available

Room was quite expensive for June! We had a smell from the drain in our shower that was dealt with when we asked but had not been picked up by the room cleaner. Also a fire alarm went off inn the hotel before 6.00 am one morning and no explanation was given as it went off after 3minutes when we were about to leave room, when asked on check out, the receptionist said that someone smoking had set it off.

Exceptional service, right from the start they team at the hotel let me converse in Spanish, always as bonus, as so many places on the mainland just want to practice their English! The breakfast was superb and location fantastic. The team at reception and in the bar and breakfast room where just great - 5 star service.

The new system by the pool for ordering food and drinks, is a little slow at the moment, but they are just having initial problems, but I'm sure this will be sorted soon

We had a good stay at the hotel! The pool was amazing, and the views were stunning. Breakfast was delightful, and the service was good. Special shoutout to Michael, the bell boy, who provided exceptional and professional service. Also, to a guy who served at the coffee shop, breakfast, and pool.

During check-in, the staff were unprofessional in informing us that our room would not be ready until 3 pm sharp. When we sent a message via Booking.com prior to our arrival, we received an automated response about bed preference. Upon contacting the property again, the front office staff did not communicate appropriately. Hospitality is crucial, and the method of delivering the message determines success.

This is the second time at this hotel and we love it. Very comfortable rooms and the location is great. It is next to a working port but we liked that. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to get to the town and the beach.

A couple of evenings they appeared to be very short staffed with people waiting for drinks and food. We ended up eating elsewhere in the evenings.

Perfect, like new accommodations, bed/pillow exceptionally comfortable, what a view of the port and surroundings from the dining area - breakfast, plus breakfast was fantastic along with the staff. They chose the correct women at the front desk who proudly and competently represent the hotel and are ultra friendly and helpful.

Just a note re the breakfast room at the pastry area - the chocolate brownies and some of the donuts had a lot of tiny flies on them and perhaps should be covered with one of those screen covers or something. Otherwise everything was excellent.

We had a room with a terrace facing the harbour. The view was lovely but you could only make the most of it if you were standing up, if you sat down you could not see anything only the bushes in front of the terrace. So not sure it is worth having the terrace. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated just a 10 minute walk to the bars & restaurants. It's also a short distance from the harbour restaurants, down steps directly at the back of the hotel. There is plenty of free parking along the road leading to the hotel. There was plenty of choice for breakfast.

Breakfast was fantastic - loads of choice. Our room was lovely and the shower was great. Beds were really comfortable. All the staff, without exception, were so friendly and helpful and everywhere was spotlessly clean. The interior design of this hotel was just beautiful- all the finishing touches were spot on!

We had booked a week here but in the small print on Booking.com it said that the pool would be shut from the first of October, the day we arrived so we amended our booking to 4 nights and transferred to another hotel with a pool for the final 3 nights. When we arrived on the first, the pool was still open and stayed open all week so we could have stayed after all!

Superbly comfortable beds and pillows were perfect for me-which is saying something!. Breakfast was amazing, the female chef cooking the eggs was brilliant so worked so hard and did the eggs exactly as I asked. The staff clear away dirty plates super fast so that tables are refreshed quickly. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent as the staff. Very clean-spotless. Pool lovely. I could not fault this hotel in any way.

They have a large viewing area with public seats at the side of the hotel where the bar is situated- it would have been great if this had tables and chairs to have coffee etc but that’s being picky.

Helpful and cheerful staff-each and every one of my 7 days there. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows.Property appears brand new. It's not luxury-but like a very good IBIS Hotel .Everything works well and staff is well trained. Breakfast was good .Fresh bread available.Alternatives to cow milk available too. Strong air con and wifi signal.

Need taxi to go just about anywhere. It's not in the urbanized part of Mahon and it's not near a beach. One can walk downhill to the Port,but it's dead during the day,and a tough walk back to the hotel. No taxi stand there either. Hotel has a good computer system for calling taxis,and they arrive within 5 minutes.
