Beautiful old building with modern décor. Courtyard, swimming pool, bar area, lounge area. Spa and Sauna. It was incredibly peaceful and quite during our stay. The hotel had just opened for the season, however everything was neat, tidy and ready.

Everything was good. We booked a time slot in the Spa/Sauna. The sauna was great however the jacuzzi tub was very cold and could not be enjoyed. Will ask for higher temperature next time.

We loved everything as well as the hospitality, because we felt home and well received. Our room was so fantastic and spacious with a beautiful view thanks to our terrace.

Nothing to declare, but we suggest getting better the breakfast like sweets food or homemade food. But, the eggs plates were so gorgeous.

We loved our stay, from the friendly and warm welcome we received, to the lovely room with stunning terrace and sunbed. Everything was modern and clean and we enjoyed the outdoor pool area and the large private terrace. All the staff were fantastic. Great location in the old cenrre of Mao.

That we only stayed one night. The only criticism I have is that the noise of the aircon on the terrace kept me awake till 2pm as it was constantly humming (our aircon was off so it must be the house‘s or other rooms‘). Also we weren‘t told the cost for using the spa, only that we needed to book in advance, were a bit surprised to add £20 to our bill at the checkout.

Lovely stay in a beautiful hotel in the centre of Mahon (Mao), situated down a quite and peaceful back road, very close to shops and restaurants. The staff could not have been more helpful, our room with a balcony was spotlessly clean like all other parts of the hotel and breakfast was delicious. My wife and I could not fault it.

We had a great stay, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located perfectly, and with a lot of beauty decorated. We would come back!

If you like quite rooms it’s quite hard as it’s in the middle of the city with a street and some constructions around. But even with we could relax at the pool, and close windows.

The staff here are the highlight - which says a lot, because everything is beautifully appointed both aesthetically and practically. Breakfast is lovely, and the pool area is a little oasis in the middle of the city.

Our air conditioning wasn’t working perfectly, but we managed ok.

The location is really the best, so close to both the port and the city center- yet in a quiet street, so you can escape the noise of the city. The hotel itself is so nicely decorated and the garden is beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and they have a nice tea selection for guests to enjoy any time of the day. The staff was just fantastic- they were all so kind and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed, from dinner reservation to car rentals. Daniel was the one we were mostly asking for help as he was working at the time and he was so kind, helpful and we really felt he cared about making sure we had the best stay. Many thanks!
