ARTIEM Capri is an absolute gem! It has everything you need, when and where you need it. The location is perfect as it is 2 minutes away from the main bus station, and as well 5 minutes away from city center (a bit farer from the port, but if you have a scooter it is perfect!). Breakfast is amazing, bedrooms have everything you need, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, cream. Staff is super helpful, and they even lent us a beach umbrella for all our stay. Honesty bar and free water, beers, coca cola, juices and snacks for the whole stay. Absolutely loved staying there (we stayed for 12 nights). Little SPA has sauna, steam bath, hydro-massage, solarium, little pool and little gym.

Just a bit the smell of the room as our was facing the kitchen - perhaps some diffusers may help. Although, totally bearable.

Clean hotel with lovely staff and great facilities. Including spa.. lovely breakfast. Free snacks and drinks and short walk to main shops. Love the shower head. It was huge. Any bad points are not enough to not want to stay here again and give this hotel high praise

Air con was good but some nights still too warm . (It's was a very warm week) Not enough tea and coffee in room. I am British. I need at least 3 tea bags for each person!! (Although tea available for free down stairs)!! I am used to a memory foam mattress so bed not as comfy as I am used to

I loved the Green Lounge where free drinks and snacks (beer & wine, soft drinks, tea & coffee) were available (self service) until midnight. It gave a nice atmosphere to the hotel. I enjoyed reading a book, chilling there at the end of my day. The breakfast was lovely, with an "egg station" where eggs were made on the spot to your liking (the lady was lovely, a pleasure to see here every morning). Also, I checked out at 6.20am and the day before the lovely lady at reception offered breakfast to go, which was very handy. Make sure to ask the day before. The room was spacious, well thought and nothing beats Italian showers. The location was good for me - walking distance from the port and restaurants (Mahón is rather small). Also it is close to the airport (10min by bus - L10) which drops you at the bus station (3 min away from the hotel). The same bus station allows you to travel around the island if you didn't rent a car. It takes 1h to go to Ciutadella, on the other side of the island (50min with the Xpress bus).

Excellent stay at the Capri establishment in Port Mahon. The rooms are very clean, spacious and soundproof. The Green Bar with its accessible drinks and snacks is a real plus when you return to the hotel after a good day. The hotel's eco-responsible policy is very much appreciated. We appreciated the friendliness and accessibility of the staff (Genevieve at reception is a treasure), and the events on offer (contemplation of the full moonrise with aperitif). We'll be back!

The pool area is very pleasant, even if the deck could do with a little refurbishment.

This choice was a real surprise in a good way. An excellent breakfast was provided with a great range of food, cooked egg options and lots of pastries. Completely unexpected was a free bar in the lounge area for soft drinks, wine, beer and nibbles. Spirits and the local craft beers were chargeable on an honesty basis. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is rather unprepossessing, but it is a very short walk to the thriving centre of Mahon, and that clearly keeps the price down and makes the hotel really great value.

Fantastic city centre hotel , well sized room , very comfortable bed and great bathroom , breakfast was well stocked with excellent choice of local products , great roof top swimming pool with views across the city. The green room offering complimentary drinks and snacks was a first , incredible value for money hotel with friendly professional staff . Would recommend to all and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The concept to reduce carbon footprint. The grab and go along with complimentary selection of drinks is a great idea and made the hotel buzz in the afternoon. I had an excellent massage from Anabel and didn't need to book in advance, popped in on the off chance. Breakfast options are also excellent 👌. We had an issue with the TV which was dealt with very quickly. If this a representation of the Artium group we would certainly look for them again in other locations.

Fabulous modern hotel with a pool (indoor) on the rood and sun terrace. The room was medium size with a super bathroom (the biggest shower head ever seen!) We had very comfortable beds and a little balcony with nice chairs. The hotel reception staff were efficient and very friendly and we loved the complimentary drinks and snacks in the pleasant lounge area. Lots of tourist info on hand and a short walk to local sites. Good breakfast in a sunny room.

Only complaint is that the pool doesn't open until 9am so no chance for a pre-breakfast swim!

Great location,just 5 mins walk to the Main bus station to go airport & travel around the island. Staffs are super friendly & helpful.Love the Green room,complimentary snacks,sandwiches and drinks including wine & beer almost all day , we are come at night check in still have free food provided.It’s a extra bonus . Hotel was clean , Rooftop pool has great view of Mahon . Also they are doing their bit for the environment and are eco friendly.well done

It’s a shame you couldn’t have a drink by the pool and would have liked the gym to be bigger and better equipped. Felt it was not very helpful that you are not allowed to use the facilities after checkout if you have a later flight to catch.
