Great location, short walk to the dunes, beach and faro/promanade. Nice garden and a lot of space, many pools and playing grounds for kids. Good food and wide choice of both junk food and healthier options (also good variety for vegetarians!). Differnt cousins (Asian, Mexican, Canarian), great choice of fruits and desserts Very clean and great daily cleaning.

Generaly a bit old facilities, many small thinks broken or tired (like door locks, broken tiles, materaces and baby cots really "used up". Coffee: free one from the machines is tasteless and watery. Paid one is not much better and the personel has no coffee/barista training ( we use to order the same every day getting different drinks for differnt price...) We got chain-smokers as closest neighbors and that was really bothering us- would be great if one could choose smoking-free zone especially for families with children. Nice evening shows many mainly for kids- just starting very late:(

There are many pools at the property - so it's not crowded at all, even there were many guests. The territory is green and nice - even some grass was damaged, it's only to be expected with the number of children running around. It was also nice to see some artificial grass mats around pools - so it didn't get messy, but still had a green look. We were given a room upgrade upon our arrival - and I must say, our 2-bedroom suite was really charming. It even had a small play-teepee that my children appreciated a lot. It was not brand new, but overall the room condition was good. Food options were above my expectations except for juices.

I'd appreciate if at least some of juices were freshly squeezed. Being in a "tropical" country I expect to have an easy access to fresh fruits like oranges - and to their juice. Walls in our room had some need of re-painting, looked like there was a flood some time ago. Shower door and floor were not properly made. No matter what did you try the water went out just because the construction allowed it. Also it looks like the water boiler tank is too small for the room - after two persons took a hot shower, there was no hot water for some time (like half an hour or so). Given the fact the room was expected to handle 4-5 people, it was rather surprising discovery.

BREAKFAST AND ROOM WAS REALLY GOOD. POOL WAS REALLY GOOD AS WELL BUT MANY PEOPLE OVER THERE. ALL THE INTALATION WAS REALLY GOOD THE GRILL RESTAURANT WAS AMAXING AND WAS REALLY GOOD. ALL THE PEOPLE WORK OVER THERE ARE REALLY FRENLY

Access to 5 different pools, to many playgrounds and some gym equipment. The proximity to the dunes is also great, while due to the set up it is not very windy even on windy days! All in all great!!!

Food was good overall, could have been hotter! Very good for children with the exceptional animation team. Shows at night we’re ok. Staff were all very pleasant, housekeeping was good, cleaned every day. Lovely pools with a cheerful lifeguard on duty all the time. Definitely a child friendly place.

Food was varied but they should find a way to keep it hot. The restaurant was a bit noisy, no atmosphere, decor resembled Morrisons cafe! Although there was a separate area for over 18s.

Lovely spacious suite; lounge, bedroom and bathroom all very nice. We didn’t use the pool area but it seemed very pleasant. Lovely gardens. The whole place was immaculately kept, it seems like the staff really cared. High quality bike rental (Freemotion) on the premises. Can take bikes into the rooms. Nice distant views of the mountains. Convenient parking outside (but see negatives).

The food was pretty ho-hum, lots of variety but not very tasty or high quality. But about what I’d expect for this kind of place. Nothing to do in nearby neighbourhood, you would have to walk into Melonaras (1 mile) for restaurants etc. Also 1 mile to beach but there is a free shuttle bus. These things didn’t bother us as we were only there for 3 nights whilst cycling but for a longer period it could be a bit limiting. Biggest negative was that I was pickpocketed outside the hotel - I was unloading car and walked across the road for a moment to look at the path to the beach. Someone stole my purse in that time. Hotel staff said it was unheard of before.

This was a return visit because we had enjoyed our first trip in December 2021. The room was spacious and although it was located next to the pool bar (room 35) is was really quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the choice of pools and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

There is a coffee shop located in the reception and it is not clear that this is not connected to the hotel. We found the staff at the bar to be unprofessional in terms of the way they complained about the hotel management.

The staff was very nice, everyone was giving 100%, from the cleaning staff, to the animators and kitchen staff, we enjoyed ourselves very much in here, and were very grateful for the joyful stay we had here. The place itself is looking very nice, palm trees, and a lot of nice flowers everywhere. I very much recommend to anyone to try Dunas out, for us it was 5* stay.

we got upgrade for family suite as the hotel suites that we had booked were full.. The family suite was brilliant, clean and the bed were comfortable. Tye only thing that was weird that the pool in front of the suites is very deep and not suitable for kids that can’t swim. Tough there is a fun slash park for the smaller ones and tiny pool for the babies. Good that there were few other pools on the area that we could access.

breakfast was very limited, for vegetarians not that much options. Pool in front of the family suites should be designed for the kids as well. It is way too deep.
