We booked a taxi through the company of the apartments who handed us the key. The location was very good and almost on the beach just a road back. We used the pool a couple of times and although it was very nice clean and tidy didn't find the sun beds very comfortable. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly stay there again and also recommend.

We were hoping for a sea view but was allocated a side view which really just looked on to a hotel but was given 2 bedrooms to compensate. We found a few cockroaches on occasions that were coming from an air vent in the bathroom which was a bit unpleasant but wouldn't have put us off staying again as there were only a few. Other than that there was nothing else to not like.

Fantastically located, large 2-bedroomed apartment. Spotlessly clean. Large terrace. Didn't use the cooking facilities but it had everything you would need. The arranged transfer from the airport. Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. It's a minute's walk to the beach and a few minutes to all the restaurants and shops.

Just a small point ... the pool is a block away, a very minor inconvenience.

We had a fab time at Dunaoasis. We booked a basic 1 bedroom apartment without air con but on arrival found we had air-conditioning and a washing machine. The apartment was fairly basic but extremely clean and adequate for our needs. We didn't use the TV and the apartment was just our base. Our view wasn't great from the terrace, we overlooked the back of the big hotel behind but we weren't there to stay in the apartment. The location was amazing. Right by the beach dunes, restaurants and shops. The staff were very pleasant and in the 10 days we stayed we had 3 changes of towels and cleaning. When we had a small leak in the bathroom it was put right very quickly. We also recommend Sansara restaurant, just above Spar as you turn left out of the apartments. Excellent food. All in all would highly recommend and hopefully we will return.

Not really a problem but the kitchen could be better equipped, e.g. a jug to make Sangria, some mugs instead of teacups. Just being picky.

The hostess was kind to offer 2 sets of keys for our convenience. The only nuisance was dragging suitcase up the stairs. A bonus was a bottle of red wine in the fridge. A tiny kitchen has all you need, but the washing machine (perhaps not all rooms have one). The balcony had sunshine in the midday. We were provided with towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels and some cleaning (schedule was not clear, but special thanks for the Wednesday service). The beach offers great views, a promenade and is really close. (Have in mind that it is basically nude.) Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are in a nice walking distance. The bus stop is as close as the beach in the opposite direction and offers good access to Las Palmas and the aquarium.

The rooms could be cosier. I believe that some rooms are renovated, but ours was not and some previously white curtains needed washing badly, while the sofa could be replaced. Shelves for toiletries are missing in the shower (no toiletries are provided, so have your own or be ready to buy). No other channels, but German on TV. The internet was lousy. The balcony faced the backyard of a big hotel. the place that simply cannot be quiet in the daytime, but was quiet at night.

Perfect location. Sunny balcony with a sea view. Friendly staff. Regular housekeeping and towel changes. Well kept pool and pool area. Mini-market next door. We will definitely be back!

No complaints! The apartment was smaller than expected - but adequate for two people. A sun umbrella on the balcony would have been a nice bonus (some apartments had one),

amazing!! first off- location, absolutely perfect! close to all the nice restaurants around Faro, and literally looking at the beach! the apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and really nice. the staff were super friendly and very helpful

no air con in bedroom. it has air con in the living room but not the bedroom. we just left it on at night and kept the bedroom door open however it would have been better to have a unit in the bedroom WiFi is not great and hard to join. however mobile service is fine.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly Eduardo and Beatrice who are just so customer focussed; it is refreshing to experience such dedication and the passion for hospitality.

Better instructions about accessing the apartment via the gates and doors.

Location staff , we had two bedroom apartment for four people and we enjoyed our stay. Staff at the reception are friendly and cleaners. I would come back again !

Great location.Value for money.Very clean . One small thing is when you check out you can still use the communal pool but there are no toilet facilities to use. Our flight was late evening and waited at pool until time to go to airport but no toilets or shower facility at pool was disappointing. Other than that all was great to be honest.
