The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent. Our room, a standard double, was very spacious and the bathroom was excellent. The African restaurant was excellent as were the breakfasts with a vast selection on offer.

The hotel is one big wind tunnel. Only the bedroom was an enclosed cosy space. The lounges / bars whilst beautifully decorated and furnished were always subject to drafts which, at this time of year, were a little cool in the evenings. Perhaps an adult only restaurant would be a good idea for those of us that have had kids and now want more peace and quiet.

The place is impressive. First of all, the first impression is the size of the complex, vegetation and smell. Nicely integrated African trees such as baobabs and acacias among the swimming pools, bars and restaurants. Fantastic pools where you can relax. Professional service at the reception. The meals in the buffets are very good, the waiters and chefs in the restaurants provide fantastic service. The rooms are very clean, the cleaning ladies do a great job. There are many boutiques and shops nearby. For sunbathers, there is a great beach just a few hundred meters away. For nature lovers, there are amazing sand dunes stretching to Maspalomas. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Breakfasts were great, lots of choice and very fresh. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Snack lunches at the poolside bar were also very good. Loved the gardens and pools. Very close to shops and cafes, the beach and promenade.

We didn't like the rather high evening meal price; making guests eat there 3 nights in a row to get a discount was off-putting so we ate out every evening. In the bedroom, the lighting was very subdued, which looks nice, but one or two brighter lights would be useful for reading etc, in places other than in bed!

This place is amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. The facilities were incredible, from pools and entertainment to bars and excursions. Having the addition of the Unique Experience added another touch of luxury to this incredible stay. This allowed us perks like private sun loungers, free snacks and drinks during the day and free entry into the nearby thermal suite which was so cool!! The biggest positive for us was food and dining. Both myself and my wife have food allergies. The hotel couldn't have been more helpful. They gave both of us a red card which we showed to staff before dining. Our own customised menus were presented to us and this meant we had peace of mind when eating. For this reason, we did half board for the entire stay. We would also like to praise three waiters in particular (Pablo, Isla and Beatriz) who were so accommodating to our food allergies and were also just such friendly people. We couldn't recommend this place highly enough! Will definitely return!

Wonderful hotel, beautifully designed and very clean. Amazing pools and bars, with stunning evening lighting. Food excellent (tho not much for vegans). A happy and helpful staff team.

The resort is really beautiful with an amazing pool area, nice rooms, professional staff, amazing breakfast. Overall, would definitely recommend.

They say they have private parking, but when we parked, they told us it's actually public parking where we had to pay 12 eur per day. Also, we didn't take half board, hoping that we can eat a la carte in one of their restaurants. Turns out that there's only one a la carte restaurant that's tiny and constantly fully booked and the other two restaurants are buffets that cost 44 eur per person, so we settled with room service food.

absolutely everything was great!!!!! no complaints rooms are beautifully designed and laid out & soo modern! everywhere in the hotel is just amazing and picture worthy. looks even better at night when the lights come on. Food is amazing and service is amazing. few times we stayed in the room and ordered room service dinner after being at the pool. staff are extremely helpful and attentive. also I usually love doing activities but its really one of those hotels/resorts you could go to and do absolutely nothing but swim or chill in the room, walk around & it’s more than enough. I initially had activities in mind I wanted to do and didn’t even do 1!.. locals are also soo lovely welcoming and friendly. everything you would need can be accessed locally including outside dinning. prices are amazing in and out of the hotel. I can’t wait to go back.. really didn’t want to leaveeee!- honestly feel like another hotel couldn’t compete , really set my expectations extremely high!!

Loved this hotel staff so so good especially the reception area so professional. I would recommend this hotel or should I say the Hotel Group to anyone interested in a fabulous hotel.
