excellent value for money! So close to the centre of the town. The guy who works on reception during the day/evening shift is very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is very good considering how cheap the accommodation is.

our room had a window adjacent to the hall as you go up the stairs to the 1st floor. SO annoying because they have no curtain or blind on this so every time someone walked up the stairs the light automatically came on and shined into our room.

Very good location - 5 minutes to one of the beaches. There was a good selection of , restaurants nearby, also shops & the bus stops for Malaga, Frigiliana and the Airport. Only 5-10 minutes walk from Balcon de Europa - with all it's restaurants & shops. We had 2 bedrooms - both with a lovely view of the mountains. We could view the sunset from the bedroom window. We were happy with the bedroom & bathroom facilities. We also availed of the rooftop swimming pool & terrace. The breakfast was very much enjoyed every morning - lots of choice - hot & cold options. Definitely no reason to be hungry. The staff were friendly & helpful

Staff very friendly. Great location, easy 10 minute walk to centre of town. Bus stop across the road. Breakfast good but same every day. Pool area recently refurbished and good sun trap. Room and bathroom clean and bright and comfortable beds and pillows. Nice small hotel with no queuing for breakfast or hassle getting sun loungers on roof top terrace.

No mini fridge in room. Also no kettle/cups in room but found out when checking out that you could hire them. No shower/hairdryer facilities to use after checking out if u have been at pool. Only pool shower which is cold and on sun terrace and toilet to change in.

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The room was spotless clean with comfy bed and great views from our huge balcony. Breakfast had a great selection for everybody. Hotel was center to great shops bars restaurants and a great supermarket

The only negative we had was not having a fridge in our room . Had to keep going and buying ice to put in the sink to try keep drinks cold obviously didn't work as it was soooo warm that's the only thing bad we could say. Defo need to get small mini fridges

Very clean and comfortable. Daily room service by cheerful and helpful staff. Reception staff very helpful. I was able to pick up a kettle and cups to make tea. We had a balcony which was lovely. There was a very good selection of breakfast options - including GF bread. The location is very central and a short walk to the beach.

A small fridge to store cold water and drinks would have been lovely, given the climate - or a free cold water dispenser in Reception.

The hotel is located centrally in Nerja with excellent access to the town centre and beaches. The hotel is exceptionally clean and whilst relatively old is well maintained and in good condition. The breakfast menu was amazing value for money with full English and continental selections available. The front of house team spike perfect English and we’re extremely polite and helpful as were all of the staff that we encountered.

car parking is a challenge as only one unloading space outside of the hotel and no designated hotel parking anywhere which means driving around to find a parking space which can be some streets away from the Hotel with all of the security and safety problems that may cause and the stress of finding a space again if you are out touring for the day.

Love the location of the hotel, 10 mins walk for anywhere in the town Staff were lovely, very clean, food was tasty

The pool wasnt very big, no bar facility there at pool or in the hotel,not a good selection of breakfast in the morning for example have more selection of cereals and food, expected the rooms to be bigger which they look like on photos in gallery

Really clean rooms. Great power in the shower and always hot water. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Location was great about a 10 minute walk from everything. Pool and loungers were lovely and the area was well kept. Breakfast was great too. Rooms were really quiet. Perfect location and hotel for travelling to a wedding.

A fridge in the room would have been handy.

The location was better than I had thought when booking. The rooftop and pool area were perfect and also very quiet. Breakfast was very decent.

The hotel didn’t really have any faults but IF I had to pick something, it would be that we were given one room key and a member of staff seemed a little annoyed when we asked for a second, although we were given it which was helpful.

Quiet - our room faced the road too Clean Location (approx 5-7 mins to centre of Nerja, 30 second walk to tutti frutti!) - lots of cafes/restaurants/bars and shops nearby! Enough sunbeds Good aircon Staff organised our taxis to and from airport WiFi was ok - not great but not bad

When the cleaners are changing rooms/cleaning of a morning, you can hear the beds scrap along the floor from other rooms where they’re moving them about - woke us up several times - other than that it was great!
